After having my Karastan oriental rug for 20 years, I discovered that it had been soaked with dog urine from four dogs, and it started to have a strong smell. I tried sending it out to other places to be cleaned, but the odor never fully went away and it even came back smelling like chemicals. My husband was ready to throw it out, but I decided to do some more research and found Horizons Carpet Cleaners in Lavon. Dwayne came to pick up my rug, and there was no extra fee for pickup. He cleaned the rug thoroughly and returned it to us quickly. Dwayne told us to only pay if the odor was completely gone. When we got the rug back, it looked almost brand new and there was no smell at all! I’m so happy with the results. If anyone in Lavon is looking for reliable carpet and rug cleaning, I highly recommend this service.

This carpet cleaning service is truly the best around! I had six rooms cleaned for just $120, and the carpets turned out looking amazing. I got quotes from other companies that were much higher, but these folks kept their prices fair even when others raised theirs. They’re a local family business that really cares about their customers. Dwayne, who came to clean my carpets, was friendly, polite, and made sure I was happy with the job, even though it was my first time using their service. I appreciated the good conversation and the care they put into the work. If you need your carpets cleaned or need any restoration, I definitely recommend giving them a call. Their prices and service can’t be beat!

Brody did an amazing job! I highly recommend Horizons Carpet Cleaners. He cleaned all the carpets and tile in our house, and everything looked fantastic when he finished. He arrived right on time and confirmed our appointment ahead of time. Brody also focused on certain spots of the tile we needed cleaned without charging us for the whole area, which I really appreciated. Other places wouldn’t even take our small job, but he was happy to help. He’s honest and makes sure you’re satisfied.

Horizons Carpet Cleaners provided outstanding customer service. When you call, you actually speak to a real person. The team was professional from start to finish—punctual, honest, and truly cared about the job. James cleaned two rooms and a hallway for me. I honestly didn’t think my carpets and hallway would look so good, but I am beyond happy with the results, their work, and the way they treated me as a customer. The prices were very reasonable for the service. I will definitely use them again. Outstanding service!
