As a first-time customer, I am now a loyal fan! We were sure we’d have to replace the carpets in our new place in Lavon because they looked so bad. Instead, we decided to have Brody from Horizons Carpet Cleaners come clean them, just to make them livable until we could replace them later. Brody let us know the carpets could actually be saved, and with a thorough cleaning, they’d last us a few more years. He worked carefully and put in a lot of effort, and now the carpets look amazing. i want to start by saying that james was right on time. he introduced himself when he got here, checked out all the rooms that needed carpet cleaning, and told me, 'these carpets will look like new when i'm finished.' he really meant it—these carpets are so clean now, i can hardly believe they're the same ones! they look brand new and smell really fresh. james is definitely a professional when it comes to carpet cleaning. he did an amazing job on all 5 bedrooms, the stairs, the loft, and the hallway—no stains or dirt left anywhere, just super clean carpets. i will definitely use this carpet cleaning service again!

really fantastic job! our carpets look almost new again. after calling several places and dealing with high prices and cancellations, i was glad to find horizons carpet cleaners. i needed the carpets cleaned quickly before my movers arrived, and james came out the next day. he did an excellent job for a very fair price and really seemed to care about his work. the service was professional and reliable, which can be hard to find in lavon. i highly recommend if you want clean carpets and friendly help.
