I was expecting to just have the carpets cleaned to put off buying new carpet until next year....but the techs got the carpet so clean that I had them put protector on all the carpets... thats just how new the carpets look! The techs were so professional and patient (I was having a party and a garage sale so there was an organized clutter). Great experience and I will refer them to anyone who is looking for a great carpet company. Oh and I forgot to mention that Amy called me on a Sunday to schedule my appointment. And they are so reasonably priced.

Since spending a lot more time on the floor since my child started crawling, all I could think about were the surfaces he has contact with on a daily basis. On a whim I looked up services in the area and lo and behold I discovered a gem of a service in Amy's Carpet Care. I called and left a voicemail for a quote and received a phone call the next day. We scheduled a time for the rugs to be picked up and the gentlemen who came to my house wore masks and booties for their shoes (extra credit for thoughtfulness). Not only did they move my furniture around to get to said area rugs, they also made sure it was okay for them to touch items in my house (thanks Covid). It was a quick turnaround as I needed them back as soon as possible having hardwood floors and a dog that only knows one speed. They delivered my refreshed rugs with the same care and attention and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend their services! Pricing was very reasonable as well.

Amy's Carpet Care is the only carpet cleaner we will ever use. Our daughter had rented an apartment and the carpets were horrible, there was a very large stain in the middle of the room. The owners had already had it cleaned from a different carpet cleaner but the stain did not come out so we just threw a rug over the stain. When the leased ended we had to get the carpets cleaned, we contacted Amy's Carpet Care and they were able to get the stain out of the carpet that had been there for over a year! We have used them since for a couple of rentals and for our own house and we have never been disappointed. They are very reliable and the staff is great, very friendly and very efficient in what they do, there has not been a stain yet that they have not been able to get out. I only wish we would have found them sooner.

Had an issue with 2 pumps not priming and an actuator for a valve. Justin from Pool Boys came out, diagnosed the issue and also found another issue I knew about but thought was normal (like spa draining back to pool slowly...problem was leaking check valve). Fixed all of these issues at a reasonable price. Any other pool problems, I will be calling them first!!!! Great job Pool Boys!!!!

UPDATED REVIEW (09-17-2021): So had an issue with a motor with my pump and asked pool boys to come out and fix it. They did good work but I was a little disappointed in the pricing structure/customer service. They originally gave me a quote for a motor and when I looked online, I found the same motor for cheaper (~$40 cheaper). I offered to buy the motor or price match and pay for their labor in which case I was informed that they would charge me double the labor if I supplied the part. I agreed reluctantly to use their motor pricing. When they came out, the motor price increased on my final bill by about 20-30 bucks (~$400) and when I looked again online to see if motor pricing had increased, I did not see that (in fact it looked cheaper). Also, a little disappointed in the original response when I called to dispute the cost. The immediate response I got back was "We can come pull the motor out" before listening to what my dispute was (they also had charged me the $90 fee which should have been included in the labor since I had pretty much told them what the problem was). They did take that 90 dollars off after I explained the issue. Since this was a one time occurrence of a 1 star performance on their billing/customer service (previous expereinces have been 5 stars), I averaged it out to 3 overall. But I will be calling around next time before using Pool Boys again on my next service need.

The Pool Boys showed up on time, fixed the problem AND explained it to me so it wouldn't happen again, then did a check-up which caught an unrelated problem my wife and I had been struggling with for years (but we thought it was just our pool heater being "weird"). Turns out it was an easily replaced part. Just a perfect pool equipment servicing experience. I've saved their number in my contacts and recommended them to one of my best friends.

We got our old pool heater replaced by The Pool Boys. The entire experience was awesome. From initially contacting them, to scheduling the service, and through installation! Justin and Nicholas were quick, efficient, and professional. They were also friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be using them in the future.

I cleaned my new filter today for the first time. It made me appreciate the great job Pool Boys did in not only the equipment I that replaced the 20 year old equipment with but also the new extended slab.

We recently switched to Pool Boys but have used them before for repairs. Everyone is top notch with them and they respond quickly. We have been very happy with our weekly service provided by Brandon. He is a nice guy for sure but the pool looks so fantastic every week and he is thorough and doesn’t leave chemical residue on the pavers and does an exceptional job for us! Thank you.

Amazing experience all around. Justin called before arriving, was respectful of the house and extremely knowledgeable. The issue I was having revolved around my pump and it continuously kicking off after restarting during the freeze. After a week of troubleshooting with not much luck, I decided to call Justin, as he was recommended by my neighbors. Justin was able to identify within 10-15 minutes of arriving that the wiring was the issue. He swapped some connections and done. Lastly, he did a check on the rest of the equipment to make sure all was good and gave me some advice going forward. Hands down, well worth every penny for the service call and this company is who I will be using from now on.

We have had Pool Boys in the past replace our jacuzzi heater and more recently out to do some pool equipment repairs. These guys are very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They may cost a little more but it's worth it - you can absolutely trust their work.
