Jennifer saved us again! We were not able to use the Pentair pool app to control the pool and spa and were told that should consider upgrading the mother board of the Pentair controller for $2,300. Jennifer determined that ATT had moved the Pentair equipment to an WiFi extender and moved it back to the router and app now works.

Today Nick was out to clean our filter and address a noise issue I had. He explained the noise which was not an issue. Everyone I have dealt with at the pool boys has been so accommodating. Brandon does weekly maintenance on my pool and is extremely helpful and so nice. Justin always fixes any problem immediately. Aubrey and McKenna are so sweet. I love THE POOL BOYS!

The Pool Boys have been maintaining my pool and equipment for several years now. I have tried other services that were cheaper but the level of care was never the level I receive from Alex from the Pool Boys. She is very thorough and I never have to come behind her to point anything out. I appreciate not having to worry. A pool is a huge expense and using the Pool Boys gives me piece of mind with my investment.

Jennifer came out first thing this morning to listen to my concerns and give me expert advice about how to remedy the situation with many options. This team is awesome! Responsive, knowledgeable, and punctual! We have aging equipment, and we have Justin come out once a year to fix little issues that come up with gaskets/o-rings/leaks etc, and he checks everything out to make sure it's all in working order. He listens to pumps for signs of issues and helps me kind of mentally prepare for things that could come up soon. Pricing is in line with market, but peace of mind is priceless. I know I can call them and I'll get the issue repaired fast. Highly recommend!

Pool Boys was great! Just was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed it fast AND right. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and everything was fixed and functioning perfectly. He even explained what he did and how it will improve performance. Great job!!

We have been using The Pool Boys since this. summer when we became first time pool owners. I cannot be any more pleased with them as a company. They have always been available to answer any questions we have. Their customer service is available with a live person answering each time. Drew, the technician that come is always on time, very professional, does a great job, has been able to answer any of my questions about the equipment, and today helped me make sure everything was set properly to keep the pump running through the freeze. I would highly recommend this company without any reservations.
