Worst experience. I was charged $162 for two rugs with pathetic cleaning. Also nobody responds to calls and have worst customer service.

I called Zebra Clean Services, Missouri City location, FM1092, to clean my carpet in April 2021. They scheduled my appointment for the next day. I was quoted $175 for 4 rooms and the stairs. Upon arriving the cleaning crew

1. Upped the price to clean the 4 rooms by dividing my living room and dining room in half, which is actually one room and my stairs now adding $100 more to the cost.
2. Technician claimed he would give me free scotch guard. Pre spotting, deodorizing and odor control was included. I do not have a pet.

The next day two OBVIOUS spots in two different rooms were evident. The stains were there the day they arrived. Evidently NO PRE SPOTTING was ever done. One stain was the reason I called, that happened that day, and I decided to have the whole house cleaned.

I called them back the day after they cleaned the carpet and explained that the stains were left in the carpet and the technician said he would come back out the next day to take care of the stains. We had an agreement. HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND NOW HAS STOP COMMUNICATING WITH ME. I have left messages with both the company and the technician.

I’m out of $280 dollars and a stained carpet which I need cleaned.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY NOT ONLY ARE A RIP OFF BUT LIARS!

Called for a quote and the guy that answered was very rude. Will not be using this service.

Confirmed appt for carpet cleaning over 2 weeks ago. No show this morning at 9am, so I called. Person said the tech would call in about 20mins. Waited a whole hour and still no call back. Even called a d left a message on their answering machine. Still no call back. Very unacceptable. Had to find someone else who charged us more, but at least showed up. I would have rated them 0 stars, but the review won't let me.

The entire process was seamless and stress-free. Couldn’t ask for better service!
