Lack of follow through. Sold us a bill of goods then overpromised and underdelivered. That simple. Would not recommend or use again.

Greenscapes put in a fire pit with patio stone around it about 4 years ago. Still looks great. My wife and I enjoy sitting around it still, sharing conversation and a few drinks. I would recommend this company to anybody. Joe and his team were easy to work with.

Joe and his team are absolutely amazing! Not knowing exactly what I wanted, Joe designed a completely new layout for our flower bed and in no time at all, executed exactly what he had drawn up. He replaced all shrubs and added a variety of plants/shrubs along with mulch and a gorgeous stone border. He made our awful looking “flower bed” look so beautiful! My backyard was is desperate need of love. Major drainage issues and poor grading left me with nearly no grass, huge pools after storms and just an overall disgust in the yard itself. Joe walked me through the process of making it right, explaining everything along the way. His crew was on time each morning, and what most impressed me (other than the work itself) was the job they did cleaning up after everything was done. I highly recommend them for any landscape service, and will continue to use them myself moving forward with general service.

Our landscaping was devastated by Hurricane Harvey. We chose Greenscapes after getting four bids. The company wanted approximately 75% of the contract price up front but could not tell us what they would do until they removed all our old shrubbery. They set a fixed price for the plantings but never told us what we would get. Most reputable contractors work with an allowance in such cases.We received several billings from their office that did not reflect the work in place I do not recall one instance when their representatives made agreed upon meetings as scheduled.When asked about planting warranties, we were told numerous times, "we aren't going anywhere." That has turned out to be true. We have lost many plants and despite numerous phone calls and promises they have never returned to out house. It is our clear experience that they do not stand behind their work. We are very disappointed after paying them close to $15,000. I will look elsewhere next time. Our dissatisfaction could easily have been overcome had they bothered to follow up whatsoever.

Greenscapes has taken care of my yards both in League City and now in Friendswood since 2014. The crew is amazing and totally professional. They do great work, excellent landscape planning and are absolutely reliable. I heartily recommend them for any yard project you may have!

Super impressed with Joe at GreenScapes work and knowledge. We told him what we wanted and he gave us great recommendations that we took and it looks like we have a new house now!

I was very skeptical when he told me they would be in and out in a day but everything was completed and cleaned up by the time i got home! Super impressed.

They FIRED me! I have used Greenscapes Lawn and Landscape for lawn service for several years. They mowed weekly during regular season and pulled weeds every few weeks. I was happy with the service and never had any issues. I called recently to have my front beds re-landscaped. Some one came out looked at the beds and we discussed a plan. I was informed that he would get back to me with a design plan in 2-3 days. I waited a week and called to make sure he had my correct email address. He informed me at that time that he was behind and I would have the design the next day. After waiting more than 2 weeks, I decided to cancel the design. I had no intentions to cancel my lawn service. I was told that since I was not happy all services would be stopped. I tried to reason with him and told him I still wanted lawn service. I plainly asked, "So, you are firing me?" He said yes. I have never had this happen. I did not argue. I was not rude. I tried to keep my service. I guess he has enough customers.

Joe is great to work with. Always attentive to the needs of his customers. Love the pay via website versus leaving a check under the door mat like most companies. Joe and his guys are always available to help with any additional yard work. His prices are very reasonable and better than all other companies. I have referred him to many friends and they have all been very satisfied with his work.

We have been using Greenscapes for years now for our grass cutting and lawn care. Never has there been an issue. Their work crews always seem to know just when to show up, do great work and leave our landscaping looking fantastic. Just recently we finished a landscaping project to compliment our new pool that included some fence work including putting in a new gate. The entire process went great and they worked so fast! My family and I couldn't recommend Greenscapes enough!

The Greenscapes team has been great to work with! They recently took down a huge dying Palm tree and a Bottle Brush tree, both making a mess in my yard! They were removed while I was at work - and hauled away—like they were never there. Also, I now have a beautiful new fence thanks to their expertise! I love it!! I reached out again to Joe to remove some bushes and thankfully he told me “No job’s too small!” You can trust this company to do an outstanding job for you! Thanks Joe!
