I would like to show pictures of what we got for money. I don’t know how to do that but I can sure tell you that this was not anything that we were told we were going to get. My husband reached out to Greg on several occasions to tell him how much we were disappointed and asked for a callback. But he never called back. I can understand he sure doesn’t want to give us our money back. I will never encourage anyone to use these people for any landscaping

The owners are very down to earth and caring. They donated a Christmas tree to a family in need. Awesome selection and very friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone I know. Wouldn't go anywhere else for any landscaping needs.

We had them install landscaping lights several years ago and they have been great at continuing to support us every time we need them. Usually it’s mime thing we’ve done. But they walk us through what we should do and if it doesn’t work they come help as soon as possible. We highly recommend them.

It was 23 years ago that Lynn Gripon designed and completed our courtyard back yard. Flash forward to today, it was his son, Greg Gripon, who designed and completed a renewal of our front yard after the February freeze. Thank you to Greg for our show stopping and fabulous new look!

Called Lynns Landscaping to plant some simple trees and bushes in the backyard. The consultant was very professional and polite, and drew up a draft of a plan before he left. However, I didn't receive any follow-up via phone or email for several weeks. After finally calling them, they sent me an estimate via email. I had a few questions about the estimate, and again no response over email for days until I called them again. It was very difficult to get my questions answered, as the consultant responded very poorly and often confused my questions with other customers. He apologized and asked to come back out to my property to discuss again face-to-face, but then never showed up. When I called him to ask where he was, he said he was out of town on vacation with family and doesn't remember scheduling anything! After this, I was fed up and went with another company. Overall, very poor response time. They don't seem like they know how to run a business.

Called Greg Gripon at Lynn's Landscaping when we were planning our pergola and outdoor kitchen. We had used them before and they had done a fabulous job. Well, once again, my expectations were exceeded when Brian Nace built our pergola and outdoor kitchen. It was exactly what I had envisioned and it was perfect. Lynn's makes dreams come true. I would highly recommend for your next outdoor project or landscaping needs.

I went to Lynn's to have their staff do a design for a patio area. They were very polite when they came out but a month went by and they didn't feedback any news. I called them to find out that they had not started on the design. They promised they would begin immediately, that was 3 months ago. Not even a phone call...

Very poor follow through from the design department. If you want a design then I'd look elsewhere.

I was very impressed and pleased with Lynn's Landscaping. Everyone was very polite, on time, and professional with their work. The landscaper who helped me was Dan, and he took my very vague ideas and created a wonderful design. They are a "yes" company. You say "Can you do this" or "Can you do that"? And the answer is yes, we can do that! I would highly recommend them, it was a positive experience.

I called Lynn's to get a quote on a French drainage system for my back yard (at home) that hold a lot of water when it rains just an half inch! From the quote, which beat 2 others I received, to the job completion, it took less than a week! Now, I cannot guarantee that you would get these fast results, but, I was so impressed, that they now are my primary source for both my home AND business. Thanks to Greg and his professional staff. I HIGHLY recommend this company all your needs.

I contacted Lynn’s to see if they could rebuild a retaining wall at my in-law’s house. They are seniors and needed some help dealing with contractors. Lynn’s provided an estimate, but I pointed out that retaining walls are only subject to sales tax on materials, not labor. I provided info from the state comptroller’s office to support this along with contact info. They basically told me they only deal with the homeowners so stay out of it. My in-laws ended up giving them a deposit and they did the work. I had advised them not to pay the final until the sales tax issue was worked out, but I guess Lynn’s convinced them they had to pay. From there I went to the comptroller’s office and they opened an investigation and confirmed I was correct. Lynn’s said sorry we already paid the tax to the state, so you must get back from the state. The state requires a revised estimate and a release signed by Lynn’s which they are not doing. I don’t see what the big deal is if they actually paid the state. All they need to do is a revised statement on their next payment. All in all this amounts to about $1,000.00 in sales tax that was improperly collected from my in-laws and they refuse to help them recover it.

We had Greg and the crew at Lynn’s Landscaping totally redo our backyard. They were on time and completed everything to our 100% satisfaction. So happy with the results and will use them again to redo our front yard in the Spring. Totally recommend their services!

Lynn's Came Highly Recommended - Lynn's and specifically owner, Greg, came highly recommended to us by our neighbors who had their entire front flower bed redone after the 2021 freeze. We loved their results and the curb appeal that was added to their home so we gave Greg a call. We recently had a 25 yr. old wooden deck replaced with a stamped concrete patio....a totally different look! We had a variety of numerous potted flowers on the old wooden deck. Greg came out, took photos and designed flower beds around the new patio incorporating what we already had, which saved us money. He also supplied some new plants that really made an existing flower bed come to life, moved stepping stones to make a exit off the new patio, fixed drainage issues and filled bare, rutted areas in the yard with sod. The mulch he used in the patio flower beds was so attractive, we asked for a change order to incorporate the same mulch in our front flower beds and we were easily accomodated the same day because of communication! We have been most impressed with not only Greg's professionalism, expertise and design capabilities (he incorporated our existing solar lights and cement statues into the landscape) but also we are impressed with his crew who showed up bright and early and worked through very cold temperatures. His office staff (Ashley, you're awesome) answered our questions on scheduling and was very helpful and accomodating. We are so pleased with our results and final product we've asked Greg to give us a quote on some other landscape designs for our yard. We couldn't have done this on our own and feel like it was money well spent; therefore, we felt it was imperative to leave this review. BTW, we live in the Clear Lake area of Houston, TX.

We have had Lynn's Landscaping do two major jobs for us. Two years ago they redid our front yard which had been an eyesore for many years. They suggested reducing the size of the front beds by adding paving stones - which really classed up the front of our house! The plants that they suggested all survived the freeze and came back beautifully in the spring. We then contacted them to provide landscaping around our new patio/outdoor kitchen in our back yard. This was a challenge because of the slope of our backyard. But they added a retaining wall and the low maintenance plants that I requested really finished it off nicely. My contractor for the outdoor kitchen was very impressed on how they dressed up his work! Highly recommend Lynns. Their workers are very professional and very accommodating.

There is a compelling reason why Lynn’s Landscaping has been in business for so many years. Mr. Gripon (Greg) is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. He assessed the issues in my backyard, developed a comprehensive plan, and clearly communicated it in his proposal. He remained accessible throughout the project, and his crews worked diligently. I have several additional projects I’ve already discussed with Greg, and I look forward to continuing my collaboration with Lynn’s Landscaping in the future.

Lynn's has done a wonderful job with our yard. Recently came out and planted some fruit trees. Nicely done and even cleaned up some adjacent older trees. Our yard always looks great. Thanks!

Greg and his crew came out after our backyard and both sides were destroyed when we put in a pool. They re-ran wiring and pipes for our sprinklers and French drain. Then they re-sodded all the torn up and missing grass and then fixed our flowerbed. Now when I look at the backyard I see plush, green grass and all the new trees and flowers. The work they did turned a muddy mess into our personal oasis. Thanks to Greg, who came out daily to oversee the project, and all of the people who worked so hard to make it happen.

Greg and his crew at Lynn’s Landscaping did a stellar job on completely revamping my backyard, building a rock solid pergola and installing pavers, a rock garden, drainage system and new sod. I smile every time I walk out now. Greg was especially attentive to hearing my desires and ensuring his crew carried them out, often working side by side with them. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Lynn's Landscaping for decades of generosity to local charities! Not only do Greg and LaTonnia run a first-class company but they use their time and talents to give back and help others. We are so lucky to have people like them in our community.

We relocated to Texas 5 years ago and hired Lynn’s to landscape, install irrigation, a new Koi pond, and aeration in a 1/2 acre pond on the property.
Fast forward to last week. We were out of town when we learned the Koi pond was almost empty and the pump not running. I put an emergency call into Greg, the owner. Amazingly, he got his crew on site the same day, transferred the fish to a temporary tank that he provided, found and repaired the leak in the pond, and replaced the pump. He had everything back to normal by the next day.

I know the work backlog Lynn’s has, so this response was extraordinary to say the least!
There are a lot of companies out there, but if you want a family run business that will be there when you need them long after the sale, Greg is the guy to do business with.

Texted these guys yesterday around 6:30 pm after the high winds took down a small tree in the backyard. I received a text right away and they were at my house in about 15 minutes to do an assessment. This morning they arrived at 8:00 am and were done before 9:30 and even trimmed up the front tree for a decent price. Cleaned everything up and hauled it away. I found them online and picked them because they were close to where I live and I highly recommend using them. Fastest service I have ever seen.
