The company truck tore a large piece of Magnolia tree. Talked with Doug and David Ernst, could not be better people. They came out and gave the Magnolia a clean cut and took away the large fallen branch. Tells me alot about their integrity and community consciousness. Thank you.

They deliver concrete to my next door neighbor and after they finished driver never cleaned his truck and as he was driving away he spelled out leftover concrete on the street in front of 3 houses, stopped take a look( figure night time no one will notice his professionalism)and drive away. Ernst Concrete was pouring a new driveway for my neighbor across the street. One of their trucks backed into my brick mailbox and tore off the mailbox door. Mike Pruett (their safety manager) was immediately on my doorstep letting me know that it happened and would be taking care of it for me. The next business day, my mailbox was completely and expertly replaced (being inside of a brick column, it's not an easy removal or replacement). Living on a curve where our mailbox has repeatedly been hit by others who have not been accountable, we were so appreciative of the integrity Mike at Ernst Concrete showed in promptly apologizing and rectifying for us. Thank you for being a company that instills honesty and integrity in your employees!
