Ronnie was expeditious in calling me back and getting out to review the issue. He was thorough in his work and diagnostic and found the problem quickly. Unfortunately for me it wasn't a plumbing problem. I have had plumbing issues corrected by Ronnie before and had no further issues. I would recommend his services when a plumber is needed!

Ronnie, Texas Master Plumber, came to my rescue for the second time in as many months. This time I discovered water running down under my 2 bathroom sinks upstairs. I told him it wasn’t an emergency since we were ok as long as we didn’t use those sinks. He offered to come the next morning and worked around my schedule! He determined the problem was with the faucets but I was happy the problem wasn’t with the pipes. Ronnie felt bad that I would have to spend hundreds of dollars buying new faucets, especially since we will be moving in a few weeks. Then he took off the aerator, cleaned out the residue then screwed it back on with a wrench. He noticed it went around many more times going back on than when he took it off. It turned out that was the whole problem! We would periodically take them off to clean them and just screwed them back on with our hands which didn’t make them tight enough. I was flabbergasted that the problem was such an easy fix! Once again someone else could have made money telling me it was this or that while honest Ronnie saved the day for me! I can’t say how much I admire his character and plumbing skills in troubleshooting a problem to the advantage of the customer!

We have been having toilet issues in my office, and on the same day he came to give us the quote for repair, he was able to get the toilet fixed while we wait for approval on a more permanent fix!

Ronald did an amazing job on replacing gas pipe for fire pit! It required trouble shooting and replacing pipe and drainage. He responds quickly and came in under initial estimate since the repair wasn’t as complicated as originally thought. I couldn’t ask for better service and professional customer service.
