Fantastic Experience with Space City Plumbing!

I had my first smart toilet installed today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Angel and Mikah were absolute pros—courteous, efficient, and respectful of my space. The installation was seamless, and they left everything spotless when they finished. It’s rare to find service this smooth and professional. Highly recommend Space City Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

Augustine and Koby repaired a toilet and replaced a water shut off valve for us. They were very professional and we'll use Space City plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Great company I have used for years. They came out within an hour of calling today. Isaiah today, and all their past techs, have been professional and fully knowledgeable to explain what was needed to fix a problem and why. They always try to help a bit with the price you pay too. I recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Mario and Kevin came out and did a great job getting our outdoor faucets and bathroom faucet replaced. They pinpointed a couple of problem areas and fixed them quickly.

I phoned to have toilets replaced in my home. Within 30 minutes, the dream team of Mario and Koby arrived. They attentively listened to my needs, assessed the situation, and presented me with my options and costs. There was never any pressure -- but when asked, they provided me their recommendations with clear explanations (I really appreciated that). Another pleasant surprise was that they completed the work that same day! They worked for 8 hours. Throughout the process, they kept me informed so that additional parts and labor decisions could be agreed to. These young men were extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. For this phase, we decided to replace 2 toilets. In a couple of months, I will request that Mario and Koby return to take care of the remaining bathroom. It is so refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service!

I was very satisfied with the overall service. I called about having no hot water, and they were able to get someone out within just a couple of hours. The plumber replaced our hot water heater quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was reasonable.

However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of a moment that felt unprofessional. Toward the end of the job, I noticed one of the gentleman upstairs sitting on my daughter’s train table and using her back scratcher. While it didn’t affect the quality of the repair, I felt this was inappropriate behavior in a customer’s home.

That aside, the work itself was excellent, and I’d still recommend them based on the speed, cost, and quality of the service.

Thank you so much to Isaiah and Brandon! Our 18-yr old water heater went out and we had no hot water! They placed us on an ASAP list and arrived an hour later. They worked to figure out the best solution while saving us money. They finished the replacement within hours. Isaiah went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!

We’ve used Space City Plumbing for years. I love these guys! Mario & Koby looked at our leak, gave us some repair options with prices - no pressure either way. They fixed the issue, plus another little issue. They were nice, friendly, CLEAN! I hope not to need them again, but they’ll be my 1st call if I do.

Brandon and Isaiah were such great workers. They came out and fixed both bathroom in a timely manner and cleaned up after they was done.

Where to start?!?! Space City Plumbing was AMAZING! On Saturday morning we noticed a noise coming from behind the walls in the upstairs bathrooms that sounded like water spraying. We came downstairs and heard water hitting the subfloor. We turned the water off to the house and started searching for a plumber - thank goodness something made me call Space City! The phone was answered right away and we were told that Mario could be over soon - and within about 30 minutes he was here!! He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes! Mario then set to work repairing the pipes! He also called in the team to cut out the wet ceiling Sheetrock and bring in dryers and fans to get everything dried to avoid mold - on a Saturday!!! Within a few hours, Mario had the pipes fixed!!! We had water back on and drying was underway! On Monday the team returned to ensure that everything was dry, remove the fan and dehumidifier, and Mario removed more Sheetrock at our request to allow us to clean around the air conditioner vent! Today Mario and company was back to complete all the Sheetrock work upstairs and down, and they even matches the texture on the ceiling and painted!!!! Once dry, if you didn’t know, you’d never know what happened!!! I cannot say enough about Mario - he kept in touch with me everyday and we never had to wonder about what was going on. Within days, Mario and Space City Plumbing have our house back to normal!!!! The whole team was fantastic and we feel that the price was very reasonable and you cannot beat a one stop shop!!! Their ability to fix everything reduced the stress so much!!!! Great service all around!!!

My shower wouldn’t shut off, both valves were closed, but the water kept running.. Floor wet, humid room- it was a mess.Victor and Brandon, did not only solve the issue but were very professional and friendly. Super helpful and explained everything in detail. Will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing issues, thanks guys!

August and Koby (I hope I got their names right) came to check my water heater. They gave me advice on what needed to be fixed eventually. Their service was fast and they answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future when I get my water heater replaced. Great service!
