Brazos Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing two toilets in our home. From start to finish, Ryan was professional, punctual, and extremely efficient. Ryan showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation with great attention to detail.

The work was clean and seamless — no mess left behind and everything works perfectly. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service.

It’s super clear to me why Aedile Plumbing has perfect reviews after my experience with them at an investment property. Durning demo we had an unexpected incident that sheared off the AC condensation line inside the wall. This would result in water draining behind our interior walls from the second floor down if the unit ran at all. I called Aedile based on a recommendation, and Keith and Matt were at the property the next morning. Because we were renovating the entire house we walked through all the plumbing needs of the rehab, and they put a comprehensive plan and quote together while on-site. The next morning they completed everything needed during this phase, and their work was incredibly thorough and clean. This group was actually fun to work with as well! The thing that makes me a raving fan now of Aedile Plumbing isn’t just that the work was high quality and well priced, but it’s 3 separate preventative measures they took without even charging me, or telling me, that I discovered after the fact. They made the safety and security of my renovation their priority. When I asked Keith about these things he said “I’ve seen this happen before, and I just don’t want it to happen to you guys.” Are you kidding!?! I’m blessed to now have a partner in plumbing that I trust whole heartedly for all future projects. Thanks Aedile!!

Honest with great service. Just moved into our "New to US" home built in 1968 with wonderful galvanized pipes. Realized quickly they needed replacing and Aedile gave a fair price with none of the hassle. A week later all new Piping fixtures, supply, Etc. Honestly we have better water pressure than we did in our previous home we purchased new. They do Professional Quality work and i would hire them again.

10 months ago we had a hot water heater installed by the people at Aedile Plumbing and they did an excellent job. I should have left them a 5 star review then but never got around to it. Today I wake up and find that the hot water was not working. After a couple of attempts of getting it back going I gave Aedile a call and the guy seemed to know exactly what the problem was just by my description over the phone. He said that it was probably a manufacture defect because they had seen this issue lately. I was expecting them to point me at the manufacturer and I couldn’t have been more wrong. They were determined to come by my house today and check it out. When they got here they were nice and professional and explained everything that was going on and that it was indeed a manufacturer problem. They then told me that they were going to do everything in their power to get my problem fixed asap. They had to leave to go get the part from a warehouse and were back within an hour and had it fixed in less time than that. They were apologetic even though it was completely out of their control and has nothing to do with their great work. This is extraordinary customer service and I can’t recommend them enough.

I have known Greg the owner since I was a little girl and I'm 55 now. He worked on my father's plumbing for many years. They came out and saw the job that needed to be done. Within an hour or two Robert came back to my house with a written estimate of the cost and what would be done. They showed up when they said they would and when they had an issue Robert would come to me and explain what needed to be done. They finished the job in a timely manner and said if we decided to have more done to give them a call and they would be out. I would highly recommend them.

Wow. These guys are something else. Our water heater went out on Labor Day. Called them at 8:30PM and was able to get them out the next day. My mother had to meet them due to my our work schedules. So kind and polite to my mom. We ended up needing to replace our water heater and we’re able to get them out again the very next day for installation. Only a day and a half without hot water. Pricing was very fair and service was incredible. Will absolutely be calling them again for future plumbing needs!

Keith and Matthew were fantastic. I got myself in a jam trying to hook up a new sink and needed an expert to help me out quickly since the AC drain ran to that drain. They were able to assist quickly and professionally. I am glad I met the Aedile Plumbing Team and know I can call them for all my plumbing needs. That is a contact all homeowners should have.. Excellent service!!! I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they came out within 2 hours. Their plumber gave me a great price on a new tankless water heater and said that they could complete that day. So we hired them... and we went to write the check he said he left a brothers birthday party to come help me out. No doubt I will call Aedile for my future needs!!

I am not one to give reviews with ease, but Aedile Plumbing has the best customer service/ experience. They were on time, friendly, and Knowledgeable. The price was upfront which anyone can appreciate. They were fast and understanding of my pets. They also took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again so much. If there were more stars to give I'd give them a 10 they deserved them.

Matt was able to squeeze us in quickly and took great care of us over the phone! Robert and Nick were able to detect major plumbing issues that we were completely unaware of, even after having another company out previously before them who were on the right track, but just didn’t catch it like these guys! These two were Super friendly, prompt, professional and answered all of our questions as we went through worse case scenario with our plumbing..the work that was done was to fix our issues 11/10! We will definitely recommend to anybody we know that needs service! Awesome customer service and overall experience!

My 20 plus year old gas water heater got broken after turning off the main water valve and afterwards I got in touch with Aedile Plumbing. They gave me a good quote, replaced the old rusty tank and made necessary adjustments to the old pipes in a very smooth and professional manner. I really appreciate Robert and Nick, now it’s time to enjoy some hot water!

To say Aedile Plumbing is a good company is an understatement. Robert helped us right after the freeze and when we reached out 4 months later the response was the same - outstanding. Wish I could give extra bonus stars for Robert and John. We had a major clog that was causing water to back up into the shower. These fellas kept at it and got the job done!! They were punctual (actually, a little early) for my appointment. Super friendly and polite. The price was beyond fair!! No one likes any kind of home repair. Great company! Very professional. Aedile plumbing replaced 2 outside faucets on our home, first. We are very happy with the work performed. While working on the faucet, there was an accident made & they came right to us to let us know. I appreciate their honesty. Approximately 2 weeks later, we had them replace & install a new water heater. Once again, very professional & considerate of my home. All work was performed perfectly & great clean up. I am so pleased choosing Aedile plumbing to replace a 15 foot section of my main water in line. It took a lot of digging to find the leak. They were professional and honest. Repairs were made and the cleanup work looked amazing. A few days later my 5 year old hot water heater started leaking at the bottom seam. Called Keith back out and soon was replace and wife was happy again. I will definitely be using Aedile in the future. I highly recommend Aedile.

Started looking for a plumber online yesterday, and noticed Aedile's abundance of 5 star customer ratings. Turns out there's good cause for that. Robert came out the next morning (today) right on time. I had a problem with a toilet that had leaked, and was unstable. I had taken the toilet off already to see if I could fix it and saw the closet flange was broken. Cutting that out and replacing it is not something I would tackle. It has to be done right. Aedile's guys got right after it, raplacing the builder-installed (only 5 years ago) flange and piping with a new stainless steel flange. The builder's 'plumber' was not a professional, as is too often the case today with new homes. Aedile's crew was professional, polite, and efficient. They got everything back together in less time than I expected. I appreciated the quick response, and the great results, as well as the very reasonable repair cost. Definitely my new go-to plumbers if I need help again.
