I called several times and they simply hang up the phone, no voice mail no nothing. Call and they just hang up. I guess they don't want business.
Called and made an appointment. No one showed up. Called again and they said they would call the technician. Never received a call back.
Would not recommend this business to anyone. To start, they quoted a price on the phone that tripled when he got there. I was at work but booked the appointment, so I spoke with the technician on the phone and When I told the man that’s not what I was quoted and I wouldn’t pay triple, he proceeded to yell at me, stating I was quoted a starting price but “chose” to ignore it was a starting price. It wasn’t, I repeated the price multiple times before booking. But he was so caught up in stating that I was wrong, he couldn’t even explain to me why the price increased. After yelling at me, essentially calling me a liar, stating I wasn’t an adult and continuously talking over me, he said he was already done with his work and we had to pay the full price or he’d call the police. He had been there 10 minutes, and worked for 20 mins after. He was not done, and when he actually was he left piles of lint all over our floor and attic. If your price triples you could at least clean up after yourself. Pricing communication issue aside, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone based off of their employees disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. If he had remained calm and explained the price increase in a professional manner, the situation could have been handled much differently.
