This company is fantastic to deal with from their customer service to field technicians. We've had them to our house multiple times for various appliances and their work has been both speedy and thorough.

The technician was very knowledgeable and used his time wisely. Came to repair my washer as soon as parts came in! Explained the issue well!!!

My tech came out 3 times to get it right. First time was evaluation, 2nd was when the part the company sent was wrong, 3rd times the charm. He got it right and it wasn’t easy.

Not recommended.Texcen failed to fix my icemaker. They installed parts that had no problem with defective parts. Instead of fixing the new problem they created, they just ignore: texts, phone call conversations with promises to call back, & online web page requests. Over $1400 later and Texcen still has not fixed the problem. Not a customer focused company. Fail / 1 star.

Gabriel was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and ordered the need replacement part before leaving. He scheduled a return visit in 2 days to get my oven back up and running.
Update: Gabr6returned as promised. Even called early to let us know it would be late afternoon in case we wanted or needed to do anything in the mran time. Again, totally respectful, professional and explained everything that was going on. Completed the repair and carried away the damaged part.
Excellent service! I highly recommend Texcen and will definitely call them again for any future repairs I made need.

Repair man misdiagnosed repair twice, charged us for parts, gave up on repairing our washing machine. Said we would get a partial refund, ghosted us. Save yourself the headache these ppl are amateurs

This is the third Appliance that we’ve had them come out and work on the service is very good. I rate it 10+ the prices that they charge are very reasonable and would recommend them to anybody who needs a washer dish dryer deep freeze anything like that repaired or fixed you are the company you need to call

The problem we had with our refrigerator was taken care off very promptly! The worker name Gabe was very professional , he took the time to explain to us the problem we were having and what he had to do to correct the problem …. We highly recommend this company .

Freezer quit. The guy came out. Ran a diagnostic test and said it was the board ( whatever that is)
Waited 2 days. He came back with new part that we had to pay half of the cost plus the service charge before he would order the part. The new part that we had paid half for did not fix the problem. Then he said it was the compressor. At that point we just decided to buy a new freezer. I think we should have been given our money back on the part that didn’t work but it wasn’t even offered. I think that’s totally wrong of this company

Horrible service ! First off - gave me a window from 2-5pm . Technician showed up at 6:30pm ,in which my wife came home early to wait from 2-5pm ! Never a call to let me know they were running late . Second , I called and talked to a gentleman named Joe to have the owner call me back about questions with my order . Never received any response. Third they took a full week to fix a problem with my dryer that should have took two days to fix ! Technician was professional, however the owner and the company should not be in business. I would never use them ever again !

Texcen did not diagnose our refrigerator issue correctly the first time, however, he came back out and fixed it without charging us anything the second time. Works great now. Very happy. Would recommend

Gabe came by yesterday and determined the ice maker was dead. Installed new one today in minutes! Said it was his 3rd one today. All good.
Only suggestion would be for more communication about when they expect to arrive other than 11-2:00. Texting is easy!

Found these guys through Yelp reviews. They definitely live up to expectations! Gabriel came with parts in hand and wasted no time getting right to work. My washing machine is now running perfectly, the bill is paid, and I'll definitely keep them in mind for future repairs.

Note: the price to hook up a W/D is exorbitant! I had just moved the day prior, and thought I'd check out their prices. Couple hundred for the pair. I respectfully declined.

Such a fantastic experience. Honest, transparent, responsive, and knowledgeable. In a sea of technicians trying to dismiss concerns or over diagnose and overprice repairs, we have finally found an honest and reputable, as well as family-owned appliance repair business. Timely and professional service. Did a great job troubleshooting the weird things going on with my LG dishwasher. Figured it out pretty quickly and fixed it right up. I'm glad I don't have to handwash my sink full of dishes tonite! Yay!! Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
