Denis was amazing!! He was extremely communicative and dedicated to getting my washer fixed! He instantly got it diagnosed and ordered the part and got my washer fixed within a week! Thank you so much Denis!

Denis was a godsend. He arrived on schedule and went right to work. Our side by side had never had a deep cleaning so Denis had a challenge and when he finished the unit was spotless. Then, he went to work checking for the problem. I was amazed at how he explained things in a layman's terms, and appreciated that he took the time to share his knowledge with me.
Because the needed parts were not in his supplies, he had to order them and said he would be back on Monday. And true to his word, Denis arrived and had my side by side up and running in about an hour.
Such a pleasant, knowledgable person is Denis. He knows what he's doing, is thorough and leaves his work area spotless.
Denis mentioned that he tries to leave his clients with two things: a smile on their face and his business card on their counter. He was successful with both.

Nick and Andrew were very quick in fixing our appliance today.

Nick came a few days before to inspect the appliance, give the diagnosis, and price the fix.

The part arrived within 2 business days and they fixed it the following day.

Both times, they were very clean, professional, put everything back, and left it perfect.

They were very knowledgeable about appliances - I was able to ask them a couple of questions unrelated to the appliance that was being fixed and they provided some very simple solutions for the other appliance. That was very kind and considerate. And the recommendation worked.

I love the thoroughness of the work and the detailed explanation given to me by the technician. He did upsell me a service that would help my plans last longer, but I didn’t feel as if he was up selling me for the sake of extra money for his company. His knowledge base and explanations were much more helpful than the last appliance repair man I had to come out for the same issue.

Superb service! Dennis fixed my 30 year old dryer that I love - works better than any new ones... so when he fixed it I was thrilled. He even came back the next to day to fix my vent pipe - great service. Will use Pacific again!

Alexander showed up on time and provided excellent service going above and beyond to help us when the replacement microwave we had ordered broke, and we had to go buy another one. He was professional, thorough, and very patient explaining why our microwave had broken and how to prevent it from happening again. He was willing to be flexible and stay late just to help us install our new device. Could not recommend Pacific appliance solutions highly enough!!!

Great experience with these guys! Came out the same day and got my fridge noise taken care off. Paid great attention to the whole system and how it works. Will use them from now on for any appliance repairs! You are in good hands and they really care about making sure your appliance is working properly as a whole! These guys helped me fix my oven and replace my microwave. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves and removed the old parts. I'll definitely use them again.

Very professional and courteous. Took his time evaluating the issue with my lg washer. Quoted me a competitive price to fix it and his follow up with the part was less than a week. He fixed the washer and even cleaned it for free. I would highly recommend this company. And I will contact them in the future with any issue that pertains to my appliances.

Denis quickly responded to my call he came out on a Saturday after locating a part we thought would not be available for 3-4 days!! He was efficient and quick. Denis was very knowledgeable and took the time to education me on the needs of my washer. I have saved his contact number in my phone and plan to call Pacific Appliance Solutions for all other appliance issues that may come up!

Denis did a fantastic job with our microwave! We were having issues with the latch, and he identified and resolved the problem in no time. I'd highly recommend him to anyone having issues with their appliances.

You can’t even imagine how desperate I was — I truly thought my mixer was trashed. It’s a commercial-grade mixer, with no manual (I lost it), no visible damage, just a complete mystery issue. Multiple electricians and handymen refused to even take the job.

Then Denis came along — and he was absolutely outstanding. Extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable, and determined to figure it out. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he made it work. My jaw literally dropped.

Same day service and the most hard-working technician, Nikolai. He drove to Portland to get the part I needed and came back at night to install it despite having a case of food poisoning. We are so grateful!
The machine is an oldie but a goodie and is now still going strong at 28 years old.

One of the burners on our gas drive wouldn't turn off. We called Pacific Appliance Solutions (after turning off the gas shutoff valve, of course). Denis can't it the next day, on a weekend, diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part. He then returned as soon as possible to do the work quickly and professionally and we have a fully functional stove and oven again.

Efficient and prompt. Quickly completed the repair.
