LEK appliances diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. I made the appointment Saturday morning and Raslan the technician came that afternoon. He ordered a part and then on the following Tuesday installed it and my dishwasher was running again. He was very efficient and polite and cleaned up everything very well after. Was having issues with my washing machine and Rick showed up on time to take a look. He spent a great deal of time analyzing what was wrong, determined a fix and clearly communicated what the problem was, along with what the parts and labor costs would be to repair. In just a few days, he returned (again, on time!) and made the repair. Unfortunately, *that* repair uncovered another issue, so when I called and said I was still having problems, without hesitation Rick came out for a third time, figured out what the new issues were and offered to make the repair for the cost of the parts! Can’t recommend these folks highly enough!

Of course our refrigerator started to have issues late in the day on Saturday- perfect timing, right?! I found the contact information for LEK appliance repair in a neighborhood Facebook group and reached out expecting to hear back on Monday.

Instead I heard back within 5 minutes (!!) on a Saturday evening and after a few texts back and forth I had a confirmed date and time for a Sunday afternoon service appointment and two potential solutions. Before our technician even came to the house I was confident we were in good hands.

He was able to diagnose the issue and repair our refrigerator in about a half an hour at a very reasonable price, especially since it was a Sunday house call. He was extremely courteous, professional, and kind.

Not that I want any of our appliances to have future issues, but if they do I know exactly who I'll be calling - and recommending! 5 stars really isn't enough.
