I had the pleasure of watching Korie Butler and his crew remove a very large tree that had died from my front office window. The whole crew worked safely and efficiently. Thank you so much for leaving the property nice and clean.

The crew was very well trained and did an excellent job of removing the dead limbs and raising the canopies on the trees. We are very pleased with the work that they did and recommend them as well.

I had about a dozen shrubs and trees removed. They checked in multiple times during the work to let me know what they were doing, and when they finished, they left the area looking spotless. It's the second time I've used Davey and I will be calling them again.

Davey Tree has been taking care of me trees for years now. I have them come fertilize every year, and they keep track of when my trees need trimmed for me. Great service, amazing people. Trustworthy and honest!

I've used Davey a few times over the years. They are always very friendly and professional, and good at working with requests. Heck they even raked my yard to get the loose smaller branches and took some leaves as well!

These guys are crooks. A neighbor's tree fell on my house so I called my insurance company and got Davey Tree Experts through them. The guy came out and said they would need to support the limb and it would take three guys a whole day to remove it. I didn't know anything about tree removal but a full day with heavy machinery sounded reasonable for the over $3000 quote. A few days later they sent 2 guys with only a chainsaw and chipper and did not support the tree to prevent it from falling into a window or my fence. They charged my insurance company for as much as they could get and then harassed me for the remaining $40. Don't hire Davey Tree Experts!

After our visit with the Davey tree expert we will not be using this company. He was not listening to what are needs were which was fast growing tree cover and kept suggesting slow growing options. We needed immediate tree cover because they are building a strip mall behind our house. He also did not give us any pricing and said to contact him back and tell him what we want. We aren't the arborists!!!! That's why we called Davey for the expert advice that he couldn't provide and when he was asked questions he said he didn't know. We received estimates from other companies that were great and will be going with them. Highly disappointing and a waste of time.

Davey Tree Service is the best, don't even bother with the rest. I have used them several times over the years and each time I'm more impressed with quality work and all around professionalism. Everything from Megan in the office, the guys that do the work all the way up to Tom the Director for them, all are outstanding.

While visiting from Florida I contracted service with Davey Tree of North Austin. The team Jerry, Tommy and crew, Management and front office teams rate a perfect 10 in my book. Jerry worked with me every step of the way to navigate TX utilities and Oncor in scheduling their services for power disconnect/Re-connect.

I contacted another tree service and they had me take a pic of my problem tree. They text me that it was dead. I wasn't satisfied with that response and search for another tree specialist to ask. Reached out to Davey next.
A Davey arborist, Kevin, physically came out and was able to verify that the tree is not dead. He educated me on how one can tell (if a tree is dead or not) and gave me recommendations on next steps to stimulate growth. I so appreciated the valuable information and knowledge of "my" arborist. I accepted the service he suggested and the men from Davey performing the service were also very professional, helpful and quick! Thank you Davey! I know who to call from now on and will recommend you to anyone I know.

Contacted Davey tree to come clean up debris and trim our trees after the ice storm. Unfortunately, Davey took weeks to come complete the work, Kevin was unresponsive to my calls and messages, and his crew left a huge gash on one of our trees go unpainted. We have gorgeous trees throughout our property that not only add value to the property but also add beauty. I contacted Kevin at Davey Tree to come paint the gash from a cut they made, but got no response back. I was calling for weeks with no response. Finally, I contacted the Austin location and let them know what was going on and they connected me to one of the schedulers who told me she would inform a higher up. I am still waiting for someone to come out and still have not been contacted by anyone from Davey to come fix the issue. This is the worst tree service I have ever gotten and they billed me over a thousand dollars for an incomplete job. Save your time and money and go someplace else.

Great service and very fast turn around town. My trees haven't looked better and the guys working on the trees were very respectful. Davey has become my go to for tree care.

The arborist Kevin Martin was very knowledgeable and the coordination of the services was so seamless and easy for us and then the crew that was sent out were so easy to work with and they did a great job trimming our trees and cleaning up. Beau was our foreman and him and his crew get a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this company as a first time client.

I have known Davey Tree Service a long time and have used them with the company I work for over 5 years and it has been a great relationship. There expertise and service has been perfect for us in the property management services. From large to small they have handled themselves professionally. Thomas Chaky has been my main point of contact and has handled anything I asked. Recently I had him come to my home to look over two giant oak trees that needed pruning, the people he sent out were great they asked what I was looking for and several times during the work they would have me come out to be sure it was what I wanted done. They did everything and more and cleaned it up along with leaving me some BBQ wood. I highly recommend them.

We have used Davey’s for aphid control on our 4 crepe myrtles with high success rate; deep root fertilizer of all trees and tree trimming of our large oaks, youpon holly and cedar tree for several years now.
Oh they arrive promptly or let us know if they are running late.

Davey Trees is HIGHLY responsive, professional, and knows what they are doing. They don't try to oversell you - their arborist is extremely knowledgeable and their crew is exceptional. They are always on time - they leave my property in pristine condition and the lead for the project ALWAYS walks the property with me to explain what they did to ensure complete satisfaction. We have used Davey for years. Quite frankly - I think they were responsible for saving my trees from extreme damage from the freeze and heat. They know exactly what to do from fertilization to maintenance to trimming to maintain healthy trees. In short - they are the best.

My wife and I have used a few different tree trimming services over the years, but there was a distinct difference between using them and Davey Tree Experts.

From the start Kevin Martin was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and was easy to work with. After Kevin's visit he was patient with me while i asked other questions to learn more about their process.

The day of the trim, Beau and Katie arrived on time, greeted me, shook my hand and asked to walk around the property together to make sure we were on the same page.

I visited with them a bit while they worked and during our walk throughs and it was clear they enjoyed their work and cared about the trees they were servicing.

In addition to the top notch trim they took the time to thoroughly clean up after themselves and left our yard and trees looking better than they did before they arrived.

We're really happy with the work they did and will use them again in the future when the time is right.

Never Again! I've used them before but this time, they left unsealed cuts on my oak trees and didn't return my call complaining about it. Now I'll have to deal with Oak wilt and sue them for whatever dies. Run in the other direction from this company!
