Mason and Brack did a fantastic service and they were fast and friendly and have great rates. They are my new tree service company for now on.

I recently had Brack of B and M tree service come take down a tree and do some trimming. He did a fine job and I highly recommend his Company. He is a hard worker.

Very professional and honest with reasonable prices. I had a very large tree that was half dead. They gave me several options ranging from removing branches that were in immediate danger of falling to cleaning up the lower half of the tree to cleaning up the whole tree. Also, a quote to remove the whole tree. I will use them again any time I need tree service.

Does not take care of property broken by employees.if you hire this guy be home and watch closely.

Edit: I got your many text messages. “Take care of me,” what does that mean? I hope it is a promise of restitution and not a threat. We did talk about this, I just do not agree with your assessment.

Addition: I did not request a quote from you. Your employee broke my property then you lied saying you had him lowering branches with a rope. I was watching him. He had no rope. He was throwing beaches off the roof.

Brack, came right over, quoted me a great price.
He got all the stumps ground out, shrubs, dug out.Leveled the areas out, and cleaned up all areas.

He did the work in one day. Was true to his word, did a most professional job. I will use him for all my tree needs.

B&M Tree Service did an excellent job trimming my trees and removing some weed trees that started growing behind my air conditioning unit. The trees look amazing. They cleaned up all of the debris. They have done work on multiple homes on my street. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Outstanding service. I had a tree fall through my fence during a storm and needed it removed. I called the next morning and they were out within two hours. They did a professional job and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. My mother has also used them in the past and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. I highly recommend.

These guys are the best!! Brack knows his trees and does a phenomenal job of making the trees look nice and pruned just like they should be. Does a great job of cleanup after wards.

B& M tree services delivers again, tree fell on my patio cover in the recent straight line winds over a week ago, took care of the removal and clean up at a fair price. Thanks to B&M repairs will be right on time

From the time the owner, Brack and Crew Leader Mason arrived to give us a fair estimate ; things went well. The work crew arrived on time and immediately started to work. They wasted no time but, they were very careful to avoid any damage to buildings and worked with safety a priority. As a handicapped Senior I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful and helpful young men. They checked with both my wife and I to make certain they had done the work to our satisfaction as the work proceeded. They even gladly trimmed a few extra branches that I asked them to do. Brack really came to our rescue after the recent ice storm. Our huge oak tree lost several large limbs that blocked the street. He and his crew came and cleaned them up in short order. Later we needed some branches trimmed before the electricity could be turned back on. He came out right away and took care of that for a very reasonable price. He's a joy to work with!

Called asking about availability for the removal of a branch that had fallen on my property. He said he may have time the next day and to text my address and description of the issue. No response. About 24 hours later I texted him again and found out he knew he was booked but decided to ghost me I guess? Now I still need the branch removed and I had a day of my time wasted. I would recommend a more responsive company if the work you are looking for is time sensitive.

Edit: You coming by my house and looking in my windows after you got a bad review is not customer service. You should be more careful doing stuff like that, people have gotten shot for less.

Brack was a freaking Rock Star!! He went far above and beyond our expectations and not only resolved our problem areas but gave our home a much needed face lift by making our trees look so healthy and fresh!! We are so grateful to have had him do such a thorough and quick job!

Brack and his folks from B&M Tree Service LLC are such a great team to work with. Last week's freezing rain damaged quite a few trees around my house. Some thick branches are hanging there and pretty close to my house, which make me nervus. I contacted quite a few tree services companies, but they either too busy to take care my trees in near future, or too expensive to hire. While I am very frustrated, Brack and his team came for a rescue. Brack managed to put me at the earliest spot on his calendar and came with team exactly as planned. They worked like a well-tuned machine and work my trees in such a way that I can see they know their jobs from inside out. They cleared those hanging branches, hauled away those fallen on the ground, and smashed them into small chunks to haul away. Brack also explained to me that oak tree wounds are prone to some bugs and need to seal to protect the trees. His team cleaned all broken points and seam them for good. At the end of work, they carefully cleaned my yard to make sure no debris left behind. What a great service. Brack and his team are for sure my number one choice to maintain my trees in the future.

Good guys did an excellent job taking down our tree. Would recommend them to other people. Very friendly crew and they did a great job with the clean up.

Brack came out and gave me a quote the very next day (on a Saturday no less) to look at 3 oak trees that needed care. Price was extremely fair. Then they came out on Sunday and did an incredible job. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are doing something they truly love and it shows. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. There's no camera icon to add photos or I would. They even sealed the cuts to prevent oak wilt.

Edit: they even put all my wife's stuff back where it goes and raked the yard. Very stand up people.

After the storms rolled through Houston last week, Brack and his team made the trip from Austin to help. They did a great job removing damaged trees and debris. I would highly recommend B&M tree service.
