Jorge was great! I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning, and Jorge arrived at 10:45 am. The airconditioning was fixed by 11:15 am. He explained what he fixed and gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit. The price was very reasonable. The service from Arrow was so much better than I have received from any other appliance service company.

I have used Arrow Service for a few years now. They just came out to service my furnace for the winter checkup, Gorge arrived early, checked out the system, all good! He never tries to sell me something I don’t need. I bought the winter and summer service for $99, great price. This summer I will have them back out to check my air conditioner.

We had a bad experience with the company that installed our unit. We called and they never showed up. Then 5 days in a guy showed up that was not even an HVAC guy. Got another Compsny to set an appt but it was 3 weeks out (w no AC). They called the 3 days Bedford our scheduled spot and told us we were not in their service area.

In a panic I found Arrow, I called and they were here the next morning. The Tech and his son went to work and 40 mins later we were working perfectly! The cots of repairs were a lot less than we thought they might be. Tech offered some tips as well to help us run efficiently! Great service and a great company! Would highly recommend!
