We were dealing with a larger AC company locally, and had a horrible experience. Luckily, we found John and his company!!
We just moved to the Austin area and are SO glad to have found them when we needed a trustworthy AC company for a system replacement and service.
John and all of his team have great attention to detail, are respectful and courteous, do great work, and communicate every step of the way.

After receiving a recommendation for a complete compressor and condenser replacement at over $5,000 from another vendor I contacted Jonathan at Prodigy Heating & Air for a second opinion. I learned that my compressor and condenser were just fine, and that I only needed a new 240 volt breaker. Nothing was wrong with my AC and Prodigy and Jonathan and Jose saved me $5,000 two weeks before Christmas.

Ismael and Alex were great to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process of servicing my AC and switching the board for a new one.
They are punctual, seem very knowledgeable and are clear communicators.
