I called them around 3:30, and they had a technician there within 2 hours. Thomas diagnosed, and fixed the problem with my ac very quickly. He replaced one small, cheap part, and I had cold air again.

I have read all the reviews in regards to this AC company, all have been 5 star! Now I am adding my review to the awesome technician Evan who serviced our system. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! If you have AC repairs that are needed, I highly recommend Cool Atmosphere!!

Our HVAC tech, Thomas, was absolutely incredible: knowledgeable, congenial, & professional. If Thomas is in any way indicative of the type of technicians Cool Atmosphere employs then I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any of your heating & AC needs every day of the week & twice on Sunday.

Unbelievable knowledge, efficiency and helpfulness. Made a service call within a couple of hours after calling them. Nick brought a window unit to cool my house because my a/c went completely out and I am a senior citizen. Wonderful service. I highly recommend them.

We have used a Cool Atmosphere maintenance agreement for servicing our AC for several years. They are easy to work with, always on time and their techs are very courteous and friendly. When our coil developed a slow leak, they worked closely with the manufacturer to get it replaced under warranty. While waiting for the new coil they kept the coolant full so we could still use the AC. We highly recommend them.

Cool Atmosphere has excellent customer service! Not only did they install two excellent HVAC units, they come out every six months to check on them.
One thermostat went dark just as our next service was due so I called them. The person who picked up immediately knew what the issue was and explained how to resolve it and arranged for a technician to come out the next day.
Nick noted we needed new air filters and swapped them for a couple bucks more than they cost at Home Depot. In addition to testing everything, he also cleaned the drainage lines and the compressor coils.

I called for an A/C service visit around 8 am and Evan showed up around 10:15, earlier than the 10:30 appointment. Aside from being a 20 yo AC unit, Evan diagnosed a simple power surge issue. We restarted the unit and it’s working again. No more than a simple visit charge with our Block House discount, and we paid about half of what expected for the inspection. Better than the end result was Evan. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and overall good guy!
Good service, professionalism and good people. When we do replace our 20 yo system, we may not even get a second opinion, we’ll go Evan and Cool Atmosphere!

Our AC went out at 5pm and temp outside was 101….of course! Called Cool Atmosphere and they returned call immediately!! Evan arrived a little while later and took care of business!!! By 9:30pm our home was cooling off nicely!! Thank you Evan!!! We have used Cool Atmosphere on several occasions and had our friends use them as well!! Best AC service out there!

We needed a diagnostic for a leak due to heavy condensation. They came out within hours.

Our technician’s name was Evan and he was great. Honest, insightful, friendly, and not sales-y which makes my husband want to do business with them once we do eventually replace our unit, or have any maintenance needs.

They came through for me with not much warning. Very easy to work with and the communication was great. Their tech who replaced my compressor was efficient and got everything up and running without any problems. I definitely recommend them.

Wonderful experience. Our air conditioner stopped working, and the company called me back very quickly after I called them. They were able to fit me in that day. Thomas came out and was able to determine the problem very fast. He was incredibly nice and personable and even gave me some tips to help my air conditioner and parts last longer. This will definitely be our go-to air conditioner repair company from now on.

Recently had our heating system serviced for the winter. Our technician Thomas was right on time for the appointment, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He thoroughly explained the results of his check, suggested future work to consider but never pressured us to make repairs that were not needed.

Have been with cool atmospheres for several years. All staff have been wonderful, and as a customer, you never feel rushed (despite their busy schedule). Communication is spot-on. We typically get serviced with Thomas, but Evan is equally as great. Will remain a customer! Check them out. They are a very honest company.

I had a great experience with Cool Atmosphere’s technician. I was pleased when he showed up on time and quickly inspected my A/C unit. I appreciated the advice on how to improve my A/C’s performance with a varied price range for what I could afford currently. I will be calling them again for any other maintenance or issues I may have.

Cool Atmosphere is the best! The technician, Will, showed up before 12 today (ahead of schedule!). My AC was running but something with the drain line was going on. Got everything cleaned, compressor checked out great and even signed up for their (twice) yearly check ups! Will even took care of the Fall heating check up for me today so I didn’t have to schedule another appointment.

We just had a wonderful experience with Cool Atmosphere. Thomas was one of the technicians that came to our home and he was so helpful, informative and polite. I am a young first time homebuyer and had almost zero knowledge about our system and they didn’t make me feel ignorant, nor do I feel like that tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, which has happened to me in the past with other companies. I feel like the services here are also very reasonably priced. Overall very happy with my experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service! I have a mini split in my office and I tried for about a year to find someone that would be willing to even look at what was wrong with it. I had the manual and the error code but every place i called said no, they would not look at it...until I found Cool Atmosphere. Thomas came out, assessed it, ordered the part and it worked! Thank you so much Thomas. You all will be my go to AC company going forward. Even the price was affordable.

My AC was running but not cooling. Because of the age of my system, I was concerned about needing a full replacement. Evan came out and quickly fixed my current AC at what I consider to be a reasonable price. Because of the age of my AC he gave me pros and cons of replacing it, but did not try to scare or pressure me into doing so. I will have them out for semi-annual maintenance and will be calling them when I decide to replace it.

It was absolutely great that I was able to get COOL ATMOSPHERE HEATING AND AIR to replace the unit in my residence. They immediately responded, within a short time had the complete unit removed and replaced with a new unit. The Techs werea marvel in motion, had the unit up and operating, tested through a couple cycles, they were very courteous and Professional. I highly recommend to all, if in need of this particular service, they WILL NOT DISAPPOINT
