Cool Atmosphere has helped us twice this year - in November our AC fan went out, and they came quickly and fixed the problem. Then in January the AC unit stopped heating. This one was a little more complicated, but was also resolved quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thomas was our tech, and he was thorough, explained what needed to be done and the cost. I highly recommend the company, and especially Thomas.

Cool Atmosphere did an excellent job. From first contact to finished instillation on a new heat pump system was less than 48 hrs. They provided a quote and answered all our questions quickly even after normal business hours. Their crew was on time professional and very respectful of our home. Highly recommend them.

They really care about the quality of their work and care about what they're doing.When our furnace went out we originally had someone else look at it. I wasn't comfortable because they wouldn't explain everything so I could understand. One of the owners at Cool Atmosphere took time out of their day to talk to me. How many companies would do that? We got scheduled and Thomas came and fixed everything. I don't think he could have been nicer if he tried...lol. We had been 3 days with no heat when I talked to them initially and also got recommendations from people in our neighborhood. Absolutely fantastic!

My experience with Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air Conditioning has been outstanding. The technician who came out was Thomas. He was professional courteous fair and honest. The folks that I spoke to in the office on the phone were also professional and courteous and friendly. Overall it was a great experience working with their team. You can't ask for much more these days. Highly recommend.

I've been using Cool Atmosphere for several years. Excellent customer service. Techs are knowledgeable and honest. I always request Thomas. He always explains things clearly and keeps my units running smoothly. I always purchase the maintenance agreement. Thank you Cool Atmosphere!

Good service, but overpriced. They accurately diagnosed what was wrong with my heating system, but they charged me $480 to change a thermostat (basic model). I appreciate the quality of service, but I will shop around before using them again.

I called on Friday and requested someone to look at my A/C. I was told on Monday that someone would show up between 1 PM and 5 PM. I called on Monday after 4 and I was not in the system. I scheduled someone to come out the next day.

The person who came out to look at the unit switched it from cool to heating without checking if the compressor was running.

I was informed that their was not a part available for my unit and they would have to change the next assemble for over $1,100. And then I was told their was trip charge. The two people I spoke with before no one said anything about a trip charge. The person who came out did not say anything about a trip charge.

After a business day, I am still waiting on management to call me back.

I do not mind trip charges. I do mind being surprised by fee(s). I email management for a follow up and management return my email. The trip charge was waived. I wish communication was better Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air. I moved my rating to two (2) stars.

Another company was able to find the motor and complete the repairs for ~1/2 the cost, which save me the cost of the whole assemble.
