I signed up with Comfort Pros Heating and & A/C for an annual service contract. The first visit, a free a/c tune up was very thorough. Even though the unit is new, the technician Chris did check every part. He even went into the crappy attic to check an on concern that I don't get enough cold airflow in two rooms, explained the issue, and gave me a temporary resolve and a later a possible repair/replacement estimate. That estimate is very reasonable. I was very impressed with the service, the knowledge of my unit, and the time he spent on site. Glad to have chosen the company for my annual service.

He was on time and very professional. He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it easily and my system has been running perfect ever since. A+++ Service and Affordability

Labor Day!! Had an emergency. My stupid a/c quit working and I called Chris. Hated to call on a holiday but figured I would leave a message and someone would call next day. Nope!! Chris answered the phone. AND came out within an hour and got it running. Had nothing to do with his previous repair. It’s an older unit and needs to be replaced soon. We will not only use them for the new unit but will recommend him to EVERYONE. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Finally Fixed My Ductwork Problem!
Comfort Pros and Chris did an awesome job. They figured out a long-standing issue with my ductwork that left one part of the house always underpowered. Not only did they get it fixed, but they also took the time to answer all my questions and really cared about making sure my home was comfortable. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do. Even gave me videos explaining the issues, which his explanation was spot on. Super impressed and definitely recommend!

We had a unique situation where we needed to extend AC to a living space that was originally part of the garage. We had tried using a portable AC, but it was too noisy. We saw 5 star reviews for Comfort Pros, so we called them for an estimate. Chris responded quickly and came by to take a look. It was tricky because there was no attic access to this area, however, Chris figured out a creative solution and solved the problem for us. No surprise he has such glowing reviews for his business!! We quoted four companies to have our furnace plenum replaced and Chris was the only one to respond - the same day. He found time the same week to come by and repair our damaged, duct board plenum. The job took 3 hours and he was very kind and efficient. We'll definitely use him for future needs!
