Good communication and efficient service. We had an emergency and needed to replace GFCI due to pipe burst so mitigation can use fans. They made time for us even though they were busy. Thank you again for everything!

I called Bear Electric when a burning plastic smell started coming from my dryer outlet. Logan came out the next morning and swapped the outlet and the damaged dryer plug in about a half an hour. He was very professional and quick. I chose Bear because of their stellar reviews and they definitely earned that reputation.

Back in early December 2025, Scott took the time to listen to my 'story' and make an educated guess as to what the problem was.
I wasn't ready at the time to address the issue.
But I called today (Jan 27th), and thankfully they had the time to work me in.
Logan came out, and it was as Scott thought.
He replaced 6 oulets and took a look at my breaker box. And he was a joy to work with.
I really appreciate both of them, and highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

Excellent experience with Bear Electric. Had an outdoor outlet go out Sat AM and was able to book a Monday appointment online. Scott called early Monday to talk through the issue and schedule repair. Bear Electric installed a whole house generator for me in March 2025. This also involved extensive updates to my homes outdated service connections. Scott explained all of the work in detail and provided a detailed estimate. The work was completed on schedule with high quality and the generator performed flawlessly on the few occasions it was needed last year. I recently contacted Bear to review the suggested annual maintenance on the system. The work was promptly scheduled and completed per the quote.

Scott installed our Generac a few years ago and did a great job. It was time for our annual maintenance and Logan came out the next day to complete the service work. Very professional, explained any issues, and make those corrections in a timely manner. I highly recommend BEAR ELECTRIC!

I had technicians came to fix my a/c. They installed a new disconnector breaker, but the a/c is still not working. So, I called Bear Electric and Scott came. He quickly found out one of the fuses was not working. Then he communicated the a/c folks very nicely and explained details. He also helped me to save money - a/c company willing to pay for Scott's invoice for me. Big help!! Thank you, Scott ！

I do a lot of research before choosing a contractor and man, how Tino blew my expectations away! I sent Elite an email for a quote and received a very timely response at a extremely reasonable price for the expertise and experience of a master electrician. Tino and Angel added a 14-50R, added a home surge protection device, replaced a worn A/C breaker, replaced a sensitive AFCI, helped me troubleshoot a couple things around the house, and educated and provided recommendations for some additional things. I hired EES to replace a light at my clients home. My client was so pleased with their professionalism and I was so pleased with the price AND their willingness to make a appointment for later in the day. They have definitely risen to the top of my list of electricians to recommend!

At the time of service our home was quite chaotic with the combination of a kitchen renovation and homeschooling 4 children. Tino and his father were super professional and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about them. I have had difficulty finding a good electrician in the past (horror stories abound), but this was the opposite. They were quick to arrive, actually knew what they were talking about, and they took great care of me.
Not to get into too many details, but my issue ultimately was due to the meter that's owned by the city. They helped call PEC on my behalf, told them what needs to happen, expedited it, and it worked like a charm. Everything was fixed with minimal fuss and that was not what I was expecting.
Specifically, Yolanda came to the rescue. Not all heroes wear capes. :)

Elite Electrical are truly the best electricians in Austin. Family owned business and they take pride in what they do. They installed a ceiling fan and camera door bell in no time and for a great price. Other places I called had outrageous quotes. Elite Electrical has earned my trust and I'll be using them for all my electrical work. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work for a good price.
