All reviews for Box Tree Care

Josh and his team were wonderful. We had a large storm that split our large tree and it was at risk to fall on our house. There was another storm coming and they quickly came over and had the tree down the same day. Life and house savers! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Box Tree Care is one of if not the most professional company I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Joshua Box, the owner came to my home with a crew on the date agreed, 15 Jan 2025. Not only did I get a great deal, they went above and beyond. This included cutting up some firewood of the tree, stacking it and removing a large wood pile already on my property. They trimmed back an old, very large live oak, it looks 100% better and improves my entire back yard. I would, without hesitation, recommend this company for any kind of tree care needed. Along with the professional job, they make sure they take care of Veterans. Attached are some before and after photographs. The first set are the after.

Great customer service start-to-finish. Josh is very knowledgeable and was able to get us scheduled right before a potential ice storm hit.The crew did an excellent job pruning our oaks. The canopy looks very good. We'll be using Box Tree Care going forward.

(Joshua), Thank you and your Team for the great service. The worker who climbed the tree in front of the house did a great job. We have posted your business sign on our front fence so that everyone can see it as they come into the neborhood.

I’m very pleased with Joshua Box and the Box Tree Care Team. They did a wonderful job trimming my oak tree 🌳 I highly recommend Them for any and all your tree service needs. If you live in Killeen tx and nearby area contact Box directly as he offers same day service and excellent work.

Box tree care did a great job trimming and removing trees, as well as doing some landscaping work. The owner, Josh was really knowledgeable about the care of the trees and also presented various options for phase 1 of this project. Will be calling him to work on future yard projects.

Josh and his team were awesome to work with! I filled out their online inquiry form and he called me back same day. I needed some tree trimming work in my front yard and was looking for some help with my magnolias in the backyard. They performed the work same day and I am very pleased with the quality. Already working on a future project with Josh for the upcoming spring. 5 stars from me!

If I could: this would be zero stars! I filled out the free estimate online. A WEEK later, Josh got to me in a text asking what time to show up for the estimate. A WEEK after, he called and asked what I needed done and set up an appointment for that day to see what he can do. THREE WEEKS later, no call, no show. Won't answer phone or text! The job was just two broken branches that needed to be removed! Nothing big at all! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Even though they have 5 starts.....for what?!?! Not showing up!
