KNOW these people and trust them!

I was charged for hour, not here an hour, 40 minutes at the most. Did not do any thing but check the filter, change out filter and said freon is good.

The staff at JDs were absolutely nothing but responsive and helpful to get our families needs taken care of to the best of their abilities. They came through and helped us get our system replaced at a reasonable price for our financial needs to make sure we were still in good standings. I would highly and strongly recommend them to anyone in need.

Always my go-to! Last winter my heater went out twice 😅 once was right during the horrible freeze! I have small kids and was so worried. They came immediately and got me fixed up. I will forever be thankful for them and what they did for my family that day!!

Called for service of a clogged drain two days before Thanksgiving. Was told some one would call before coming out. Nobody called until the end of the day after I called back. Then was told it was after hours and it was over $200 hr. Long story short, we had to cancel Thanksgiving at our place.

When I purchased my house they were the ones who installed my A/C . Then called them about three weeks ago . And they don't have me on there computer cause there computer crash and lost customers information. The Secretary told me she will look for my information or a copy of my Receipt but she never call back. I needed my AC checked cause it wasn't cooling at all. They wanted $100.00 to come to my house and what ever was wrong with my AC was extra. So l call some other company and was alot cheaper than Robertson.

They sent a plumber to our home to evaluate a water heater replacement job. It took several days thereafter to get a quote. They quoted us an exorbitant amount for the job, then said that he was not sure and would get back to us with a revised quote. That was over a week ago, and we have not heard back. Meanwhile, we are still without hot water. If he did not want to do the job, he should have just said so instead of wasting our time.

They was the most reasonable and the most amazing customer service. They got to us right away and as fast as possible. The guys are so sweet and respectful. If I had to use anyone it sure would be these guys. 100% refer them.

I called the office early this morning to see if someone could come out and look at a major plumbing issue. I was informed that someone would be able to come out the same day after they completed a job and would call me beforehand to let me know they were on their way. 5:30 PM rolls around, no one has showed up, no phone call, no update on being late or no phone call about not being able to show up. I called the office AGAIN, for an update on if anyone was still coming and was told someone would call me back in about 20 minutes. Instead it took an hour for someone to call me back and of course I was told that they didn't know they needed to come and apologized and stated they could come tomorrow. I understand things happen and they could have been busy on another job and not had time to come but the fact that I was told someone would come and I would receive a phone call and never did and had me waiting around all day is unprofessional and unacceptable. There is some obvious miscommunication that should be fixed within the office and a potential customer was lost due to this.

Most repair companies keep thier heads down and let the silence envelope the room. Today however we decided to use Agnew and it was amazing. We conversated laughed and they were not shy when the dogs came around. All this while still giving %100 to the job ending with a happy customer. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great staff, great work, great communication, all around A-mazing service!

This company was outstanding! They replaced an entire sewer line within 1 day. We were able to enjoy having water again! They were there when we needed them! Professional, cleaned up after they were done working and very nice. Will use them again.

These guys are always prompt. I have a level of trust with them that I don't have with other A.C. contractors. Once again, I called today and got same day service. They were busy and didn't think they could get to me until tomorrow but Jerry himself just left and I'm going to be cool for my party tomorrow. Great guys!

Scheduled for someone to come take measurements for an exhaust install. Supposed to be here on a Wednesday and never showed. Never called. After making arrangements for work to be home, they tried calling the next 2 days but they were supposed to be there Wednesday. Instead of making it right and getting someone, they said they can't accommodate for another week. Used to always use them for all plumbing and AC needs, will now go somewhere else.

We were having plumbing issues at our business. We had called 2 "seasoned" plumbers from in town and no one could figure out our issue. We called John and his crew was out within 2 hours and had us up and going in the next 2 hours. They were fast, friendly and even cleaned up before they left! I called them after I met Danny and I’ve tried two different plumbers to come out to get roots out of my pipes and never could get anyone to show up. They were out there same day and had everything fixed quickly. Words can not express how appreciative I am of them! I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
