During the great ice storm of 2021, we had a main water supply pipe burst underneath our driveway. The guys came out in single digit weather to fix it. They were professional and friendly, knew exactly what to do, and had our pipe fixed quickly! They will always be our go-to plumbers for ANY problems we have in the future!!

Both were also thorough in the explanation of the work being done, and the reasons why it was necessary, as well as indicating what we could expect going forward. They made a bad situation better for us.

SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! Had 2 other plumbers come and couldn't fix the problem. Friendly, honest and on time. I'll be calling them first. Gave me some quotes for future repairs and they were alot less expensive then the other two.

Quick work, Twice, in the morning and afternoon. Identified the issue and did NOT charge us thousands, barely anything really. Would recommend Israel and Crew again any day of the week. Out of towners? Pay the fee!

Had a very bad experience. Called for free quote on repair. He came onsite and said it was the coil in the furnace unit. Took one cover off the AC. He said this happens a lot in West Texas due to the oilfield and sulfur. Said he could try to find one but it would be 1500 or more but he'd probably just have to get me a new unit for 9,000. I thought this sounded fishy so I called another company and they came out with a loaner unit and immediately found a leak in my line from the condenser. It was right outside of the house in the line. They pressured it up and it screamed like a freight train whistle. I went ahead and got a new unit for 5800 from this other vendor. So this guy either didn't check thoroughly and misdiagnosed my issue or something worse. I mean it was OBVIOUS. He's too expensive and not thorough or possibly was going to mislead me on purpose. THEN when I told him that I was going with another company he sends me a bill out of the blue for an hour of labor at 125.00. Pretty crazy to get 125 dollars from me and face the horrible reputation I'm spreading around my work place and friends and of course all over the internet. Try another vendor.

Real scam artists right here came and recharge my mother's AC unit. Guy charged $489 for 1lb said he put in 4 lb. Called the office to ask is that right lady receptionist says she had no invoice. Let the worker said he put 4 lb more like 1 lb put on ticket 4 we paid cash ha never again 👍🏿

Thermostat stopped working. Came out to install a new one.
Didn't have the one I wanted in stock but made a trip to Lubbock to get what I wanted. Had things up and running before the house got to warm.
