Based solely on how they drive. One of them lives near Wylie or the vicinity. Seen him several times in early morning. Today while driving at the posted 40mph, the speed limit, in the dark, he passes me on a skinny 2 lane country road. Painted full length of road as no passing. Could have waited as road only a mile and a half. If driver has this much disregard for road safety, just how much care will be put into their electrical work?

Nowadays, so many companies don't do what they say, when they say they'll do it. That is not the case with NX Electric. Alberto's team arrived on time and completed the work to add a new 100A service to our hay barn. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommended NX Electric.

Given a waiting window of three hours and after almost four hours of waiting, they never called or showed up. Terribly unprofessional.

I should say I tried to use this business. Scheduled me for Monday no show, no call. I contacted them they said they would call back. They didn’t. I called again and they rescheduled me for Friday, and no show no call again. I don’t even think they are a repair service but rather an order taker subbing the business out. DON’T USE THEM.

Matts Electric Co. perfectly fitted in ceiling fan boxes for 4 rooms in my home and installed wall switches for 3 of those rooms. The serviceman was pleasant to work with, responsive to questions, and on time for the quote walk-through and work performed. Additionally, he took great care to protect floors and furniture, minimize the dry wall dust, and completed the job with obvious care. I will definitely call him and his company for any future electrical work.
