Cottage Care provides a great service. Logan cleaned for us yesterday and she was outstanding. Great personality, hard and efficient cleaner and she really listened and remembered the areas I ask for extra attention on. Emerald cleaned for us two weeks ago and she did a great job also. Highly recommend this company. Management listens and responds quickly if there is any kind of problem.

We love the results of our house cleaning! We requested 8 rooms plus the hallway to be fully cleaned and they all look amazing! Our cleaner, Jyoti, showed up on time in the specified window, did a quick review with us of all the requested spaces for cleaning, and gave a quick explanation of her process prior to starting. Even areas of the house that we were used to cleaning were cleaner than we could ever get them. Definitely could tell the cleaning tools/products as well as her skillset made a big difference compared to our usual cleaning capabilities. I was especially happy with how the showers and bathroom as a whole turned out. Also, the microwave and stove! We will definitely be using CottageCare's service again (and requesting Jyoti if we can!)

This was my first time using Cottage Care, and I am extremely impressed. I work a lot (RN) and I have never used a cleaning company because I’ve been weary of letting people into my space. However, the whole process of setting up and scheduling with Cottage Care was very easy and put my mind at rest using a professional company. They were able to get me in quickly and everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. The manager, Lydia, called me the day before to review the services with me, which I thought was great.

On the day of service, my cleaner came with all her supplies and we talked for a little bit. I showed her around my apartment, which is about ~950sqft. Her name was Jyoti and she was so pleasant and eager to clean! I had to leave to run a few errands while she started and when I got back, she was still working diligently. She paid so much attention to details, I was and am, thoroughly satisfied. My apartment felt like it was brand new; even better cleaned than when I moved in!! Jyoti went above and beyond, cleaning the shower head, making my bed up, the blinds (in between them) and the window sills! Pristine!! Lydia even showed up to ensure things were going well. I am truly grateful I chose this cleaning company, I highly recommend!! I will absolutely be requesting Jyoti to come back for more cleaning!!

We love when she arrives and our house is so amazing clean. I’ve been using Cottage Cares for a few months and I’m very impressed with their customer service as well as the cleaning. My mom and I have used Cottage Care Lewisville To clean our houses for several years. We like that they take good care of their staff and provide a consistently good cleaning service. Their new area manager, Danielle, is wonderful. My house was cleaned today by Jyoti. She was kind, professional and a hard worker. The house looks great! She did an especially nice job on the bathrooms and kitchen!! My new puppy and I thank you for helping us recover our clean happy space.

I have used Cottage Care for over three years now. They are without a doubt the best cleaning service company we have ever used. The Office staff is the best to work with.....I have had to reschedule on several occasions and it was absolutely no problem on their part to reschedule without incurring additional fees. Jyoti has been coming to my home for several months now and she is the best…such a sweet person....a real gem. She is always very punctual and extremely professional...such a pleasant polite person to have in your home. I would totally recommend this Company to anyone.....they are A1!
We had Kalea today, for the first time to do our semi-monthly house clean! She was excellent, extremely professional, just a sweetheart to work with. Again Cottage Care is the best!

We are going on nearly 7 years of Cottage Care Carrollton in our home. The consistency of care that Hannah, Mickey & Angela deliver is nothing short of amazing and a positive reflection on Tuesdee, their manager. We look forward to every visit.

Today, we had the privilege of Hannah and Kat cleaning our home. Their thoroughness and attention to detail was outstanding. And they conveyed a cheerful "can-do" outlook the whole time. It was a joy to have them in our home. We highly recommend Cottage Care

1-4-2022 UPDATE: The Cottage Care Care team continues to impress. This was Brady's first visit to our home and his work was outstanding - he paid attention to every nook and cranny. His work reflected patience, thoughtfulness and thoroughness. We couldn't be happier with the result.

5-1-2017. We’ve been a customer for several years. Thorough cleaning, before and after followups from management on a regular basis. Adjusts to individual customer details well.

CottageCare was kind, detail oriented, and quick and upfront pricing. They were referred to us by a friend and really helped get our home ready to be moved back into after construction from a water leak. Not only did they quickly get us an over the phone quote but scheduled us for the same week. I love that I can customize the support I needed by room. The amazing cleaner who came to our home was professional, focused, encouraging, and so detailed. We will definitely be calling CottageCare again!

I am so pleased with this company and can not wait to use them again. Everything was professional, explained easily and the cleaning was phenomenal! Angela cleaned my home and Lydia was my location manager who I dealt with and they both far surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone. And they do single cleanings as well without any pressure to schedule more which I found amazing as many cleaning services pressure you into setting up more. While I would like to use them regularly, I think this is just awesome.

We have used CottageCare for about a year now and it’s been phenomenal. I initially wanted a one time deep cleaning to show my wife appreciation for her birthday. CottageCares did such a great job that I had them come back on a monthly basis. Their entire office staff and cleaning crew have been great about both communication and respecting our house and pets. Their crews are friendly and hard working and I am grateful to have them in our lives. They have reasonable prices and I appreciate the effort they put into their jobs which makes our lives much easier.

Hannah did fabulous work on my house! The dirty ring in my tub is gone, and the glass on my shower is so clean, you can hardly see it's there. My whole house looks amazing! Management took it upon themselves to do an inspection just to make sure everything was great, which I really appreciated as well. I highly recommend Cottage Care!!

We had an excellent experience with Hannah and Lillian. They walked into a hard job and were so nice that we immediately felt comfortable with them being here while we were working. They did an amazing job and we know that it was not easy for them. We had been needing help for a long time because we are so busy and they just got busy and left it beautiful.
