They are extremely professional and actually care about you as a customer! They answer the phone every time you call. I have the cell phone number of the supervisor in case there’s a problem and I was told multiple times by different team members there that they will do everything they can to keep me happy and keep me as a customer.

Scheduled twice with Brittany. Failed the initial appointment on April 11th. Rescheduled for the Monday after Easter, text confirmation. Brittany put my appointment down for the 25th. She then blamed me for her errors. Got disrespected when I opined that B&B was obviously too disorganized. Apparently they don’t like cleaning for homes of POC

Susanna and Hervis are a husband/wife team and do a fabulous job every other week. So pleasant to converse with and know exactly what to do as soon as they come. I've never needed to utilize the 24 hour guarantee because frankly I've always been satisfied with the service received, but I love that they stand behind their commitment to their customers.

I highly recommend B&B Maid Service. I have used this service for about a year now. They do a very thorough job. When I spot check to determine how well the cleaning crew did, I always check the bathrooms. For me clean bathrooms are the most important part of a clean house. And B&B Maid Service never disappoints - my bathrooms are spotless! Not only do they clean and sanitize, but they also pay attention to little details. They leave the tissue boxes and toilet paper like they do in nice hotels. It is absolutely wonderful to come home to a clean house after working all day!

Maids and they are incredible! We hired them both times to do a deep clean and the price was very reasonable. Our house was SPOTLESS both times, the employees were so nice, and they were able to get us in with only a few days notice. Not to mention it only took 3ish hours to deep clean our entire home (5 bedrooms, 2 stories). I would recommend them highly!
