I am all about some great customer service! I will continue to use Green Thumb for any of our outdoor needs. Mark was very quick to reply to my messages and gave estimates in such a timely manner. His staff showed up on time and got the work done so fast without lacking in quality. I can’t recommend them enough!

Incredibly disappointed with my experience. I hired them to help install front yard drainage and new flower bed borders. The only wise decision I made was asking them not to return to finish the job. Before the project began, I was told the stone flower bed borders would have a "level top" and not rise with the "lay of the land." See photo of the main flower bed. As far as the drainage goes, what a disaster. I will let photos do most of the talking, but the summary - installers had no clue what they were doing and did not follow the design plan. Some examples: dirt was thrown into/adjacent to the french drain, drainage pipes were barely inserted into the joints and also forced into joints at awkward angles, I requested specific joints to be glued together to help prevent/delay root intrusion yet afterwards I was able to pull those joints apart with my hands, driveway was cut crooked, and drainage pipes were not correctly aligned with some downspouts. I also removed a couple of broken drainage parts a few days later. I ended up removing and re-installing the entire drain system myself after I discovered how careless their work had been done. The final appointment to finish the project was a No-Show. No prior notification was given that the crew would not be arriving that day. I received an email later that evening to notify of the appointment being rescheduled. After this occurred, I asked them not to return at all. Overall, poor quality labor and very disrespectful of my time and money.

Green Thumb Landscaping did a great job putting in a stone border around our front yard garden beds! Mark and his crew are professional, efficient, and very reasonable. We were impressed with the communication, timeliness, and quality of work. We will be sure to contact them again for landscape projects in the future!

Splended Gardens expertly trimmed our trees and created a beautiful landscape with bushes and plants. We spent time discussing appropriate plants for the area. Once we came up with a plan, Elizabeth sent me photos of the greenery, as well as a computer-generated mock up of my property that included it, so that I could get a clear picture of what to expect. She and her crew took their time to do things correctly and artistically. Elizabeth was very responsive and gave me all of the information necessary to maintain my yard. Great experience.

We have been a long-time client of Splendid Gardens and have used them for multiple projects and always been extremely happy with their work. They just completed installation of artificial turf around our pool and entire back yard, installed new beds, and more. We are extremely happy with their work. They are easy and fair to work with and delivered on-time. We use them for ongoing maintenance / lawn care as well and always go above and beyond expectations.

Elizabeth and her crew have done a wonderful job taking care of our landscape snd trees for over ten years, in two homes. Our mist recent home has some challenging drainage and elderly tree issues. Elizabeth and crew have been consistently excellent in taking care of any problems and preventing future problems.
Lately we have been away from home quite a bit; Elizabeth and crew have been great at looking after the landscape and keeping us informed of any thing that needs attention.

Splendid Gardens has the best design services and they have great communication and actually show up at your house when they say they will. I am so happy with their work! Elizabeth is the best! They also have an amazing pumpkin display option for the fall.

I am a long time customer and have done weekly service as well as large projects with Elizabeth and her fabulous crew. They just completed my biggest project yet, a complete overhaul of my back yard. We had Splendid Gardens do several projects for us this spring including removing a few trees, sodding some areas of the yard, planting flowers and bushes in our landscaping, etc. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. The crews came when they said they would, worked efficiently and we were given great "care" instructions for the work they performed to make sure we were able to keep everything alive during the first couple touch and go weeks. We will definitely use them again for our landscaping needs.

Our Splendid Gardens crew is composed of 4-5 friendly, hard-working men who really look after our yard very well. In addition to mowing, they trim shrubs when needed, and plant flowers seasonally as selected by us. They each have their own tasks and they all keep us looking good.
