Land Care Mgmt Services just completed a large scale project for us which included stone work and landscape redesign. They did a fantastic job, we couldn't be happier with the end result! I'd highly recommend using this company!!

Hired Landcare for turf install and Trex decking. Both were amazing. The craftsmanship of the deck was superb and the turf looks great. Bryce listened to what we wanted, gave us multiple options and his communication from start to finish was top-notch. Highly recommend.

Working w/ Land Care is so great - very easy to work with and do nice work. They provide recommendations and a color scheme, which was sooo helpful! It was clear they know their foliage and looked out for any issues with my foundation and existing utilities. It was fun to come home every day and see the progress they made.

Highly recommend Landcare Management. I had a sprinkler issue in my backyard where the valves were leaking and flooding the area around my back patio. I called Landcare and they came out immediately and resolved the issue. They replaced the valves and repaired the grass area. The service was outstanding. They went above and beyond and checked out my entire sprinkler system to make sure everything was in great working order. Even replaced a few sprinkler heads to make sure my lawn was getting the best coverage it could get. They are true professionals and experts in this space. Their reps and employees on the job were able to provide insight into the particular systems in place from older built homes to newer, and gave best practices to maintain the system throughout different seasons. Landcare is trustworthy and dependable, I know when I call them the job will be done right. Thank you, Landcare. I highly recommend these guys!

I would highly recommend Land Care Management Services, LLC to everyone for any landscape or lawn services they may require. I have used their services for tree removal, landscaping and lawn maintenance. They are the type of contractor you want to do business with . They do what they say they will do on time, in budget and with high quality service. If you have any issues they will correct the problem immediately and correct the issue appropriately. On top of all I have mentioned Steve, JD and the crews are caring people who always treat you and your property the right way. I am proud to say I am one of their customers and a very happy one.

Land Care Management has been our chosen vendor for the past year. They have installed and maintained our new landscaping at our corporate office in Carrollton, TX and we receive compliments from our tenants often. We have an excellent working relationship with LCM, and I highly recommend them. They have a wonderful sales team that has been honest, upfront and very patient with our changes. Their customer service team keeps me abreast of upcoming service, as well as quarterly reviews of our irrigation system to make sure it is running at full capacity. We switched from Yellow Rose and the improvement is like night and day. If you're looking for a high quality service provider, please take a look at Land Care. They're fantastic to work with!

We recently hired Land Care Management to re-do our front lawn and had a great experience. Bryce (who was our project manager) was super thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent through every step of the process. He respected our budget and put together a proposal that matched exactly what we needed within the budget we provided. He took care of every detail and communicated with us from beginning to end, and has followed up since. The end result was very high quality. We highly recommend their services and will be using them again.

Land Care was highly recommended by our pool company Gold Medal Pools. We were told they would do an excellent job at a fair price. That’s exactly what happened.
Cody did a great job of listening to what we wanted and designing a back yard that fit our style. Their work crews did a nice job of planting the trees, installing our artificial turf and putting green and replacing the front yard sod. Thanks to Cody and Land Care for a job well done.

Land Care Management Services went above and beyond my expectations! I had the pleasure of working with one of the Sr Business Development staff members (Cody). Once I reached out, he was able to swing by my house to brainstorm with me on what I wanted to do with my backyard. He carefully listened to the several ideas that I had. He gave me the pros and cons for all of my ideas and helped me understand what would help me with resale value, what would make the most sense for what I wanted to do and never sold me on something that I didn't want.

The turnaround time for the 3D Design was extremely quick and helped me visualize exactly what I had requested.

Once the labor work started, the construction folks, the painters and the electrician were all top-notch. They did great work, they were professional and very respectful.

Throughout the entire process, Cody kept me updated on timelines, progress, and answered all my questions.

The finished product is AMAZING! The 3D model looked great but when I saw the finished product, it went way above and beyond my expectations. Land Care Management Services definitely undersold the quality of their work because the pergola is much better than advertised.

Do not give him a penny up front i gave him 1500.00 deposit he cancelled the 2 start making excuses about his trailer tires messing up . Fixing to report him to texas attorney general office.

Hired Felix to do my retaining wall. He took the deposit, and never showed back up to do any work. Beware of this crook!!!

Mr. Felix Ortiz was hired to pour concrete for Massimo Marine and botched the job, screwed the company out of 40k, Cost more than 20k to fix the work. Lawsuit and TRO is being filed.

" DO NOT WORK" with Quality Landscape if you want to see your project completed. They will come and talk very professional when they are quoting you the work and signing the contract. After that all headache will start. They will never stick to schedule. Weather, truck breakdowns, phone service issues will started becoming the day to day reasons. I started a backyard patio project with them. Gave them advance for materials. They didnt show up for weeks. When they showed up the work was so slow that it took them a month just to lay concrete. Now they are claiming that work done is equal to deposit and they want to walk away. Very unprofessional. I have decided to move on, but do not give your business to this company.
There was a review on this website which i never verified. I wish i would have checked before paying him.. Pls stay away from him. god bless you if you have already paid him.

** BEWARE ** DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT ** AVOID **

Signed a contract for an outdoor project. Paid 1/2 upfront. After 6 weeks, he was unable to secure permit. After 8 weeks, I asked for refund. He was unable to refund - inadequate funds. Said he had spent the money on other things.

Signed a contract for a Pergola and deck extension on 21 March 2019. Contractor unable to get permit approved after 6 weeks. After 8 weeks, contractor had not even started any work. Did not show up or contact me on the day he said construction would start. Asked for refund and contractor agreed. Signed a check but stated he did not have sufficient funds to cash it yet. He said he had already spent the $$ on other stuff. I agreed to wait 1 week for funds to be sufficient. Contacted the contractor after a week and he said he still doesn't have the money and cannot pay me back. In sum, took the $$ and never did anything on the project. No materials, no prep, nothing.

Let this be a warning for others.

UPDATE: Contacted permit office and discovered he was not even registered, which is required. Permit had a 0% chance of approval without being registered. Filed a small claims petition, complaint with BBB, complaint with State Attorney General's Office, and complaint with my town's permitting office. Eventually was able to get a refund from the contractor.

Extremely disappointed with this company, Felix Olivo. I paid him to extend my patio with flagstone but he never finished the job. Promised he would but always had an excuse that it was raining, he was sick, etc. I am going to file a claim in small claims court, contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with the Attorney General to have this guy reported. Nothing more than a thief.

HE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH ME FOR A 160 LINEAR FT 8FT HIGH FENCE ON 02/20/2019 AND YES THAT WAS ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. HE DIDN'T START FOR A MONTH HE FINALLY STARTED 3 WEEKS AGO.

NOW ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I TRIED TO REACHED OUT TO THIS GUY TENS OF TIMES EVERY DAY AND YES TENS OF TIMES EVERYDAY! NO RESPONSE !! AT ONE POINT I THOUGHT MAY BE HE IS HAVING SOME FAMILY ISSUES OR SOMETHING HAPPENED TO HIM AND I TONED DOWN, STILL NO LUCK.

I HAVE NOW HIRED A NEW FENCE COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND THEY FIND OUT THAT THE POSTS ARE ALL WIGGLY, THE WORK THEY DID IS NOT LEVELED AND THERE IS NO WAY TO LEVEL IT BECAUSE HE ALREADY CUT THE POSTS SHORT!! WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH LUMBER WHICH I PAID FOR AND I AM GOING TO HAVE TO BUY MORE PICKETS.

ANYWAY, WE NOW HAVE A REPUTABLE LOCAL CONTRACTOR WHO WILL BE FINISHING THE JOB IN TWO DAYS, YES IN TWO DAYS AND CORRECT EVERYTHING HE DID IT WRONG. PLEASE BE VERY VERY CAREFUL TO HIRE THIS GUY AND IF YOU FALL FOR HIM, DO NOT PAY HIM ANY MONEY UNTIL YOUR FENCE IS DONE AND IS INSPECTED!.

Wish I would've found these reviews before, as I can confirm every poor rating on here. Used 7' of 2x4 from pole to gate and gate started sagging and not closing after 5 months. Completely disregards and suffers from excusitis. Now enough time has passed the front gate does the same. NOT BUILT TO LAST.
