Troy did great job and was very mindfull of spraying around out Halloween decor.

I had ordered Christmas lights and installation from this company in 2021. So far for the last 3 years the service has been satisfactory but this year horrible. I had scheduled them for installation on October 31st and they came and installed it. I didn’t get a chance to check it as I had to leave for out of town for a week. Came back on November 8th and noticed the lights not working. Called the company and was informed about the invoice due which I paid right away with my credit card. Then was informed someone would call me about the problem. Someone did call me and told me they would be there Monday to fix the problem. Today is Wednesday and no one has shown up yet. I called them again this morning and they said someone is going to get back with me. Is this how you run a business with zero customer service?

Heath and Matt dropped by today. After a long day working Heath still had a smile on his face and took a lot of time to explain our next steps with my lawn transition following irrigation install. I am so grateful to have someone like Heath and a company such as Ryno. They just lift your spirits and work with you no matter how large the job and process.
My lawn is over 25 yrs. So, I basically needed to renovate and redo all of the sod. It's a big job. Here's my review from a few years ago. Bottomline, this company will treat your lawn like their own and you will feel like they are family watching out for your asset.

Salanic is a thorough technician that pays attention to detail. We have a difficult landscape to take care of , yet he provides a consistant quality service that is a pleasure to look at.

I recently moved into a house whose lawn was completely neglected by the previous owner. As a result, the entire front yard was nothing but dirt and weeds. I contacted Ryno about sod installation and they promptly came out, made measurements and provided me with a quote. Their prices were a little below what I had expected, so i hired them for the install.

They worked with me on scheduling because I was going out of town and they showed up early in the morning on the agreed date. The crew worked quickly and accurately. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and I had a beautiful new lawn!

Working with Ryno was a breeze. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and quick to respond to any questions. As such, I have signed up for their turf fertilization program because I am confident that they will continue to do great work! I HIGHLY recommend this service.

I can't believe some of the bad reviews I just read on here. I have used this company since 2019 and they have done a great job manicuring my lawn. I have also used their fertilization program and I must say that my yard is absolutely beautiful. The reviews about the Christmas lights are ridiculous.

Joshua is an awesome lawn caretaker. He did an awesome job of treating for weeks and fertilizing our yard today.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience with Ryno Lawn Care was frustrating enough to warrant one. I called to inquire about a basic sod installation and prep service, but the phone operator was shockingly rude and interrupting. Instead of answering simple questions, I was met with constant interruptions and upselling with ZERO chance to ask any questions despite providing exact sq footage. The operator just wanted to get her legal spiel in and allow nothing else.

First, she sent me a quote for 'top dressing', which I never asked for. Instead of just apologizing, she had to 'explain' over me why she sent that. Well, that trend continued...

Next, we were discussing minimum pallet and cost ($3,000 and 3 pallets), which is in line with most services in the area and I think is very reasonable. Here's the kicker: I was trying to agree with the operator. But I couldn't even voice my agreement! Because the operator would NOT STOP INTERRUPTING in order to get her scripted spiel in.

Specifically, I provided a very specific sq footage of sod installation, but she would not stop trying to upsell me on the other side of my lawn even though I made it explicitly clear I was prioritizing one side only (I even said I would consider a full quote and to send it over but my priority is one side). Despite this, she wouldn't stop telling me I'm wrong.

When I finally interrupted her as she kept talking for about 2 min straight, she said "we aren't a good fit". Lastly and the most hilarious thing, her so-called rejection speech/justification itself went on for about an additional 15 sec and by that time I just had to hang up.

No joke in that 8 min call I was able to say the 'sq footage' and 'sod installation' and that was about it. The rest was listening to a 'top dressing' quote, which I never asked for, and why I am so wrong for asking for exactly what I need.

If the first impression over the phone is this disrespectful, I can only imagine what working with them in person might be like. Again, there's about fifteen 1-star reviews for a reason.

Ryno lawn care is the most attentive and thoughtful service that I have ever experienced. My lawn looks amazing!

Edwin is doing a good job. One comment -- he is blowing a cover off a drain in the yard but not replacing it. He just leaves it laying in the yard.

We’ve had Jorge and crew servicing our lawn for quite awhile now and they have always done an excellent job.

After almost two years of bad service, I finally gave them the boot and found a competitor at the same price who did a much better job. Every week Ryno cut the grass, it looked worse and worse. The guys rushed through the mowing, leaving uneven spots and jagged lines everywhere. I politely asked the customer service rep three times for the guys to please slow down and take a little more care, and that was ignored all three times. They do not care at all about doing a good job. Please avoid this company and their shoddy work.

We installed landscaping in our front earlier this year. Everything is thriving, and our lawn looks better than ever now that we started using them for fertilization services.

Earlier this week I had a stressed spot in my yard. Ryno was out the same day to address it. Highly recommend this company.

I had sod installed with them two years ago. At first they thought it was grub worms they replaced a part of it. They laid another set of sod and it just never took off even though we had trees trimmed back and watered consistently. Along with the sod, we also got our grass mowed by them and had them do our grass servicing fertilizing, etc.. Our neighbor’s yard, looks better with zoysia palisades then ours ever did. My backyard is pretty much all dirt after spending $$$ with this company.
