The AC technician was prompt, professional, and fixed our unit quickly. Highly recommend their excellent service!

Repairs were done in our Wine Cellar Refrigerator. They carefully dismantled the unit, removed the defective part and installed the correct part. They arrived timely and were very polite and took care not to scratch floors or leave any mess behind. They performed work as Certified Technicians, keeping our units Warranty valid. Highly recommend Schneider Mechanical! A+ Service! The office staff who schedules appointments is also really friendly and professional and truly good about updates as to any scheduling changes (which we had due to road closures/ winter storm). They are great!!!

Our technician was fantastic! He came out in the pouring rain and connected his test devices. He found that we had no refrigerant pressure in the line. He next looked at the inside part our mini-split but did not find any refrigerant leaks. He gave us clear options with the rain pouring off him on the choices we had. He gathered information from the outside and inside units and let us decide how to proceed.
We had another technician from a different company come out and the technician didn’t do anything but say we needed to replace it.

Schneider has serviced our AC and heater 4
times now. Each time they have been within the timeline and very professional. Highly recommend!

My A/C quit working on Sunday. I left a message with Schneider Mechanical on Sunday afternoon reporting my problem. I received a call at 8:20 on Monday morning from the technician who was on his way to my house. He got here before 9:00 and was extremely professional and competent. He sorted out the problem in about half an hour and replaced the part that had failed.

Left message late one evening about my AC not working and got a call first thing the next morning. Promised to send Tech between 3 and 6 the same day. Tech called when he was on his way as promised and arrived by 3:30. They were all very friendly and professional. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. Very highly recommended‼️

Very old upstairs AC/Heat Pump units inside and out had to be replaced. Didn’t hesitate to call Schneider Mechanical for the replacement. Got a call back same day on 9/07 and Tim came out the following day to go look at my situation and worked up a replacement quote. I chose one of the options he worked up. He was very informative and placed the order. He followed up with me and said the installation could be done on 09/14. Their crew came out as scheduled. They were all very professional and respectful. Would recommend Schneider Mechanical to everyone!!! I am one Very Happy Customer. 100%.

Got a call for my regular service checkup, scheduled right after my neighbor two doors down. Richard asked me if I had any concerns or questions before he started. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the service done, debriefed me on the unit status, paid, and off to his next appointment. Give those folks a try, you won't be disappointed.

Scheduled fall HVAC maintenance with Schneider. They were very flexible when I had to reschedule due to illness and kept me informed of my appointment status via text and phone call from the tech. The tech did a great job explaining everything from the PM and providing recommendations based on his assessment. Would highly recommend.

This was our first time using Schneider Mechanical for our annual HVAC tune-up. Our technician was great, punctual, and professional. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use them for any future needs.

I had a LG brand mini-split system installed by Totally Cool two years ago and the LG system and the service from Totally Cool was horrible. I found Schneider Mechanical and decided to cut my losses and have them remove the original system and install a new mini-split system. The equipment and their service has renewed my confidence that there are still quality HVAC service contractors available.

Richard was very professional when he explained that my a/c coil had a leak causing the unit to freeze up. He gave me different options and respected my choice to replace the coil. The good service continued when Crystal let me know that the coil could be replaced within the week.

We continue to have good experiences with the Schneider team. We had a situation over the weekend and we were assured we would hear from the scheduler “first thing Monday morning.” At 8:00am sharp, they called me and had a tech at our home within the next few hours. Noe was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. These guys rock!

Richard arrived just when he said he would. He did a very good job and was a pleasure to talk to as well. Nothing but good things to say.

I appreciate they came the same day, i had an issue with my heater on a Friday morning and it was fixed that Friday morning. Super friendly, explained things really well, Wow and thank you!!!

Richard was outstanding. He took the time to explain to me the things that he was doing and explain to me some improvements that could be made to my system.
