Cheap builds. Your grass has rocks all underneath effecting the grow. Non responsive management. Repairs to be made are a constant battle.

The one star rating is because of the poor customer care management. They do not even respond to request tickets or calls being made to customer care manager. The warranty is useless with Pulte.
After moving, we found that one of the sprinklers is not sprinkling the water, AC is not working. They do not understand the criticality of issues.

We bought our first home with Pulte at Spiritas Ranch but our main problem with the home is poor landscaping job. Puddles of water form on the sides of the home shortly after rainfall which leads to mosquito problems. Warranty department does not entertain this issue by saying that this is normal.

This was brought up over and over again and every time they would have a new excuse such as your neighbor is watering their yard too frequently which causes the issue or that there is not enough sunlight on the sides and so forth. I have friends in the neighborhood who own a Pulte home as well and they have the same issue with their homes. Why is it that only Pulte homes have this issue in the entire community? I checked the rest of the homes from other builders personally and none of them have this issue. We even brought in a warranty inspector and he had the same comments.

My wife and I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Sydney, Allie, and Adam from start to finish on our Dr. Horton home. From the very beginning, Sydney and Allie made the entire process feel smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions, making sure we felt confident every step of the way.

Adam, our builder, truly exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire build. He kept us informed, addressed any concerns promptly, and made sure everything was done right. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the final product.

What really stood out to us was the teamwork and communication between everyone involved. The entire process felt organized, transparent, and genuinely focused on giving us the best possible experience.

We couldn’t be happier with our new home and are incredibly grateful for the dedication and care Sydney, Allie, and Adam put into making our dream a reality. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable home-building experience!

Almost 90 days into our new home move courtesy of DR Horton! Could not be more pleased with our decision. We are part of a brand new neighborhood with a growing number of new families moving in.
And it all started with the terrific duo in sales - Grayson & Sydney - at the front end of our journey. Now that we are all settled in, our key man - Jake- helps out anytime our new home has a glitch or hiccup that needs attention or so we think it does! Excellent resourceful customer service is the standard.

This was our very first home and he made it seamless. The constant communication with David, our builder Blake, made it seem too good to be true. And the day we closed, we were beyond grateful and excited. I've heard not so good things about other builders in this community, my sister experiencing it first hand with another builder, and I was on edge the whole time until the day we closed. Even after, the warranty department is super responsive and helpful. Jake from the warranty department makes everything go smooth as well. We will be buying again and I'll definitely stick with DR Horton and refer them as well!

Our home buying experience was incredibly smooth all due to the great and talented D.R. Horton team! Sydney and Greyson were amazing! Always available and responsive, even on their days off! We received weekly updates and photos as our house was being built. Even after closing they’re quick to respond to our questions. Once we moved in, Jake, Adam and their teams helped us get settled and quickly arranged to have a few outstanding items taken care of. We’ve had no problems with appliances and all systems are functioning well. We’re very happy with our D.R. Horton home and highly recommend them!
