UNFORTUNATELY my customer experience was NOT GOOD. My husband called them to get a quote, the PERSON responsible for that went to our house, made a WALK through THE HOUSE, we mentioned our EXPECTATIONS AND REQUESTS (all clean, kitchen, cabinets, shelves, blinds, base bords, bathrooms, windows AND QUOTE was AGREEDED. Even though the appointment date was reschedule by us, they told us yes to do it. The date when the service was done I made my point once more that the house needed to be clean, no dust because my son and I are allergic, and the house was full of dust due to previous renovation work. LET'S MAKE THIS CLEAR, THE HOUSE WAS FULLY EMPTY!! No furniture, no boxes, no dinner plates, no cutlery, an empty kitchen, there was not even appliances as fridge, cooker or microwave, I mean, nothing. I was told to come back in 3h 30min when the job supposed to be done. I DID NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT TIMING because I was not even living there. I JUST WANTED THE HOUSE CLEAN in order to be able to move in. I was SURPRISED when THEY SAID THE JOB WAS DONE, BUT I CHECKED AND IT WAS NOT COMPLETE, blinds were not clean, all kitchen cabinets were full of dust inside, shelves were not clean. I actually doubted myself to even tell that to them because it was something I had never experienced before but anyway I ASKED: "hey, there is still dust, WOULD YOU MIND TO CLEAN HERE, PLEASE?. They cleaned the blind back only on the top and then I put my fingers on the opposite side of the blind and was still full of dirt. THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE. Then, I hesitated, why if they told me they finished is not accurately clean? So I STARTED TO CHECK EVERYTHING and the MOST TERRIFYING THING HAPPENED, I went to my son's bathroom with bathtub and randomly touched the surfaces of the bathroom...IT WAS FULL OF DUST. I literally put my hand in the bathtub, the tiles, the shower and my hands, BOTH HANDS were full of dirt. I hidden my hand behind me, I asked the people if they cleaned the bathroom and they said YES, I showed my hands and said: Is this clean? And put my hands back again on all surfaces to showed them they did not clean the bathroom.
TOOK A DEEP BREATH, when out to the kitchen AND SPOKE WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE. I had to talk with them and I did not even have to. I EXPLAINED: HOW IS EVEN POSSIBLE YOU TELL ME THE JOB IS DONE AND THE HOUSE IS STILL A MESS OF DIRT. THE JOB SUPPOSED TO BE DONE APPROPRIATELY OR NOT DONE AT ALL. IT CAN NOT BE HALF JOB DONE, IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. I DID NOT EVEN HEARD FROM THEM LIKE...HEY, WE MADE PART OF THE JOB, IT IS NOT YET FINISHED, WE ARE FULLY BOOKED TODAY, CAN WE COME ANOTHER DAY? I WOULD HAVE SAID YES NO PROBLEM I JUST WANTED THE HOUSE CLEAN. BUT NO, THEY MENTIONED EXCUSES. I ALSO SAID NOT EVEN THE KITCHEN OR THE BATHROOM THAT ARE MAIN PARTS OF THE HOUSE WERE CLEANED PROPERLY, AND THOSE AREAS ARE USED DAILY. I CAN NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MY SON TAKING A SHOWER IN THAT BATHROOM IF STILL FULL OF DIRT. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE THAT YOU GUYS CHARGE FOR A JOB THAT IS DONE WITH MEDIOCRITY. I DO NOT HAVE TO TELL YOU HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. IF YOU ARE A GREAT, WELL RENAMED COMPANY OR WANT TO BE RECOMMENDED YOU GIVE YOUR 100% TO DO A GREAT JOB, NOT SOMETHING AS LOW AS THAT. I even still mentioned to pay 1 hour of work only but I was not satisfied with them at all. No arguments were told after knowing in fact all things I mentioned and I said I would not pay more for something like that that was not the results or job I expected. And they left and did not even wanted to receive part of the money. Probably they knew IT WAS THE WORST JOB EVER PERFORMED. I do not recommend them at all. Next day, I hired a lady for a fully clean service, and the house had a delicious and great smell as cleaned when I entered. I checked everything and I did not even had to tell here anything after touching every surface because it was done amazingly good. I was more than happy to pay her the amount she quoted with no hesitation. IT IS ABOUT BEING GREAT ABOUT WHAT YOU DO, GIVE YOUR 100%. Everybody should live their lives doing things properly.

I wanted to say thanks to Joe and his team for the way they clean our home. Always professional and the job is done right. I would highly recommend this company.

The team did a great job. Very thorough and friendly. I will be continuing to utilize them for my cleaning needs.

Sorry for the long read but I just had to. I tried The Cleaning Authority for a new construction clean prior to my clients moving in. I decided to give them a try with a deep clean at my own home. I was highly impressed to find not only was the OWNER there to supervise, he stepped in to work along side his team as well. After his team left he stayed behind to do a final walkthrough to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. I noticed a few things that he addressed on the spot and made notes of for next time. He then told me that if I find something that needs attention after he left (this was Friday) he’d send someone back out on Monday. That was not needed. He then emailed me to see how everything went and to set up my account as I am now using them on a tri-weekly basis. I pointed out a few things that I would like done differently and he addressed them for next time. My next scheduled cleanings are already scheduled along with what to expect. Will update after.

We switched to The Cleaning Authority about 3 months ago and could not be happier. They are very thorough. I really like they rotate extra attention for different parts of the house every visit.

Life really is too short to do your own cleaning!!! These guys do a great job and follow my special instructions perfectly. Very patient and understanding with my pup who wants to be in the middle of everything. Highly recommend them.

I love The Cleaning Authority! My home always looks so clean after they are done! I had a cleaning team I was with for 6 years before I finally decided to switch. They are fast but very thorough. I love that they clean my baseboards! They do what they call rotations, where they focus on specific areas each cleaning & they list what those areas are for you. They also have an app, which i love! It will send you reminders of your next cleaning & you set up payment through the app. I would highly recommend them! My sister lives next door to me & she switched to The Cleaning Authority as well when she saw how well they did my home! They are worth it!
