Absolutely thrilled with The Cleaning Authority! The attention to detail and hard work was evident in every room. We have a cat who sheds quite a lot and there wasn’t a single cat hair or crumb left behind. Best decision ever!

I can NOT say enough wonderful things about The Cleaning Authority. We have gone through several cleaning services only to be extremely disappointment. The DETAIL attention given to our home is beyond my wildest expectations. The ladies were extremely professional and friendly. They gave me a tour of our home once they were finished and the details overlooked by each of the other companies were done. I was floored and could not be happier. Ashley and Elly came out for my first clean and were absolutely sweet but also extremely professional! The company as a whole has exceeded expectations. I was searching for options one night and expressed interest. Joe (the owner) was literally able to come to my home the next day for a quote and had me on the schedule within the week! I couldn’t be happier!

The owner, Joe Morgan, reached out to me after he saw my review. Apparently he was out as they had had a baby and wasn't aware of the situation until I posted. Mr. Joe was kind enough to refund the two hours that we didn't authorize. We appreciate this kind of customer service when something is wrong - it's corrected. Sadly, there aren't many companies who believe that the customers' experiences matter. Thank you Mr. Joe!

I'm leaving the original review up because maybe there were other customers who had the same experience that we did, but didn't report it. I'm willing to bet there are because as the old saying goes "where there's smoke, there's fire!"

A friend had recommended The Cleaning Authority to me as she really likes them and they do a fantastic job at her house. I want to first say that I was VERY happy with the work that the two ladies did at my house! The house looked great! This review is about deceptive pricing - I was quoted $55/hr for TWO hours for TWO people cleaning for my 1800 sq foot house (2 floors), but I asked them not to clean two of the three bedrooms because they're used as storage, so they didn't actually clean the entire house. The quote that was given was $220+tax for the two ladies for two hours. The local office lady told me that she would call me if more time was needed to clean the house to get my approval. I never got a call from that person and when I called her, she simply stated "I forgot to call you." The ladies were here for FOUR hours, so my bill after taxes was closer to $500 and then add tip, it was closer to $600! We weren't expecting to pay nearly $400 more than we were originally quoted! My friend, whose house is 2000 sq feet BIGGER than my house, paid $220 on the first visit! I don't appreciate the deceptive pricing, nor do I appreciate the woman at the office not calling me to confirm whether it was okay for the ladies to stay two more hours! This is unacceptable! Again, the ladies did an amazing job, but the office and pricing, not so much! We will never use them again!

The team of Andres, Andrea, and Flor did an AMAZING job. They worked super hard and turned a decade of dust into a sparkling clean home. They were incredible!!

I am at a loss for words in explaining how thoroughly impressed I am with the job TCA just finished at my home in Denton County. Their team went as far as to wash bath mats, scrape the bottom reflectors on the showers for calcium buildup, dry clean upholstery, and more. I look forward to being a repeat client.

We just had our first cleaning, and it was extremely thorough, the house looks great (and I’m picky!). The team of cleaners were extremely friendly, they even wanted to meet our large dogs. The management team is also extremely professional and communicative. Joe checked in with his team and us to make sure we were happy. I really like the ease of working through the app as well. We’re looking forward to working with TCA for bi-weekly cleaning.

Doyle Carpet Cleaning Service cleaners showed up for my carpets cleaning.Their customer service was outstanding and the result was excellent.Their charges were very reasonable. They turned what could be thought to be a brown carpet into a beautiful gray.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

The gentleman that came to my home was very professional, explained everything, asked if I had any questions. Very happy with his service. He just left my home though so unable to really see what the carpet looks like dry. So if any questions or concerns I will contact Doyle Carpet Cleaning Service, but overall so far awesome.
