HVAC reviews in Live Oak, Texas

Nathaniel with Cool Dynamics Heating and Cooling was Awesome. Very professional. Fast response and provided a quick diagnosis of my HVAC unit. AAA+++

First time I have used Cool Dynamics Heating & Cooling, and I will definitely use them again. After disappointing work from a few different big name companies, Nathan from Cool Dynamics provided the best maintenance visit I have experienced in 35 years of home ownership. That statement is a little unfair as technology has leaped forward in 35 years, but Nathan provided the most detailed feedback I have ever received from a biannual maintenance visit. He never tried to hard or up sell me, simply informed me of the state of system and it's components. I would definitely recommend Cool Dynamics to family and friends. Update 8/16/2024 - So my AC stopped working in the middle of the day. I contacted Cool Dynamics and Nathan made time the same day to come to the house. After a little over an hour, he identified the problem (worn out connector) fixed it under the terms of the 12 month maintenance agreement I purchased from his company. Fixing my AC same day, at no additional charge, under a maintenance agreement. I can't explain how that felt. As I thanked Nathan repeatedly, he simply smiled and told me, "No worries, I got you". Seriously, if you have AC or Heating issues, give Cool Dynamics a call. 4/17/2025 - Spring/Summer check-up, Cool Dynamics arrived on time check my AC and Furnace. Great timing as they noticed my drain had recently clogged and my pan had some water. Vacuumed the pan cleaned out drain, all good. All cost covered by my annual contract which I will renew in the Fall. Nathaniel and Caleb continue to impress, great job guys, I appreciate you and the quality service you provide.

Cool Dynamics is a small company in a sea of competitors in San Antonio, but Cool Dynamics is OUTSTANDING! I’d recommend Nathanial and his team to my friends, family, coworkers—no contest, and every time.

Our AC went out during 80-90 degree days in October. We’d been combatting a wide range of options spanning partial fixes for $4.5K to full overhauls for $12K. Nathanial himself came to our home, same day, after we called looking for a fourth quote.

Nathanial was incredibly professional & respectful, knowledgeable, thorough on inspection, and honest about his assessment and our options. He was able to get his team out the next morning for an all-day install of both interior and exterior system upgrades. The quality of work his team completed was impeccable, and they were thorough in cleaning up the dust and work residue.

He offered a 10-year warranty for parts, two year labor warranty, is coming out to inspect how the systems are performing after a week of use, and told us that a state rep would be out to inspect his work. Nathanial and the Cool Dynamics team is everything we needed: someone genuine and sincere helping us with an acceptable product that we needed in a time of need. I couldn’t be more grateful for his professionalism and I’ll continue to recommend to anyone who has a local need.

They are great! They replaced the unit in our property last month. I was worried about the tenants being out of ac for a few days, but they responded quickly and assured us that we have made the right decision.

Cool dynamics went over and beyond when my furnace went out. It was in the 40s and my children were cold. He showed up and fixed the issue and kept my family warm. Thank you cool dynamics

This CDHC team is the most professional I’ve experienced in the New Braunfels area. I’d easily refer friends and family given my experience.

Amazing experience working with Nate. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He showed me exactly what status my HVAC system was really in with digital equipment. He also found a stopped up drain we didn’t notice and quickly blew it out to prevent water damages. I have already recommended him to my neighbors, family, and friends. I highly recommend him to you as well.

Nathan and his team is honest and trustworthy, they performed a full check with my HVAC and completed the job in no time. If you’re looking for ac service don’t waste your time looking for one. Call Cool Dynamics. Great service.

Had a great experience with Cool Dynamics. Really happy to find Nathaniel and have a reliable and trustworthy company to work with. They are fast, efficient and friendly. Don’t call the giant companies- working with a smaller family run business is the way to go!

From first phone call to job completed I am very thankful for them! I had called numerous companies who all said xy&z needed to be fixed. Providing outrageous prices. Yelp came to the rescue & something said choose them! Nathaniel was very thorough and explained every step. Came the same day and came up with a game plan! His wife who works behind the scenes did a GREAT job at working through every little hiccup (only one tech hiccup). Our home is now cooling correctly & not leaking. I would definitely recommend them! Honest, trustworthy & professional! Thank you again!!

My AC was out. I called and got an appointment for next day. Nathaniel arrived 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. He checked my system and found that it was bad witing in the system. He corrected the wiring and only charged the $60.00 for will call. In his words, “I dif not really do much for me to charge you more than the will call.” I am going to contract with them for my AC maintenance. Great guy and exceptional service.

Nathaniel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had the patience to answer all my pestering questions.

Him and his team was able to address a same-day call, diagnosis, fixed my AC issue and educated a first time home owner such as myself.

Would recommend them any day of the week!

K.love can and took the time to analyze what was the problem, clean some hoses and did tell me exactly the failed piece. Great service, honest .

The service and professionalism this company displays is outstanding. I have found my HVAC service company for all future needs. Caleb, technician, was so polite and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Cool Dynamics Heating and Cooling.u

I had an excellent experience with Cool Dynamics Heating & Cooling during a recent maintenance call. The technician arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. What really stood out was how respectful and honest he was—no upselling or pressure, just straightforward service. I also appreciated the small but thoughtful detail of him wearing shoe covers to keep my floors clean. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Cool Dynamics for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!

Nathaniel was to the minute on time ON A SATURDAY !!Friendly and knowledgeable. Discussed problem, options and reasonable pricing . I would definitely recommend his services UPDATE: needed further repairs and after getting other estimates, dynamic cool had by far the best price

Nathaniel was such a professional gregarious human being. Capacitor was shot and he came out same day to assist us. Extremely fair price and absolute transparent about what was wrong with our system and how to improve it. He's def on my emergency contact list now.

I can't say enough good things about Nathaniel and his crew at Cool Dynamics. They installed a complete HVAC system for us. I enjoyed working with Nathaniel every step of the way, from system proposal to installation to post-installation follow-up. His crew was prompt, polite, very professional and did an outstanding job on the installation, never cutting corners and going above and beyond in helping us set up our smart thermostat. Looking forward to working with Cool Dynamics for any of our future HVAC needs, and I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and helpful. Caleb sounded knowledgeable and was even respectful enough to put on shoe covers going in and out the house. Would highly recommend this company.
