Big shout out to Agility Heat & Air. Fernando, Gabby, and Ivan were such a blessing to work with. Over the years, we have had many contractors and service individuals in our home and I would say that this company and their employees were by far the most professional. In the middle of this hot summer, our air-conditioner went out, and I called Agility after a recommendation from a friend. They were out here the same day. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and we had air conditioning within two days. They communicated with us every step of the way. It is hard to find this type of service and professionalism today, and we are grateful that we were able to work with Agility Heat & Air. Thank you, Agility Heat & Air for delivering service beyond our expectations!!!

This is a great HVAC company. All the technicians are knowledgeable and professional. And they are great guys. They really will repair your system. They don’t try to up sell you. Ivan came out this time. He is a great young man.

I can’t say enough good things about Agility. I called at 4:30 in the afternoon and didn’t expect service until the next day…but they were able to provide same day service. Had the part and restored our service same day for a very fair price. Excellent company. I would recommend them to everyone. Gabby in the office and Fernando in the field. Excellent team!!

We needed to replace our AC system inside and out and our neighbors highly recommended Agility Heating and Air. They spoke so highly of Fernando and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience! He was so kind and quick to assist us making sure we were taken care of. Mr. Castillo made it his priority to take care of our unit before the cold artic blast hit that day. He is knowledgeable, explained the problem and gave us options. The staff is professional and have great customer service. I will definitely be using Agility in the future.

Fernando is skilled and very friendly - but unfortunately, not completely honest. When I asked how much a part was and the total for the job, he said $675 plus $85 for his visit. I said to go ahead, and discovered after the part is actually less than $100, and that's retail. After discovering this, I told him that I felt misled and wanted transparency about the labor and part cost breakdown. He said that is not information that his company is willing to provide. That being said, he spent less than 2 hours at my house installing a 100 dollar part and leaving with $760 dollars. Small company feel, big company prices/practices, unfortunately.

EDIT AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE: For reference - the part was an economy brand 1/3 hp blower motor 1075 RPM 115v as listed in the invoice - even retail from Carrier it's only $125 dollars, while other brands are as low as $70 dollars, and this is an aftermarket "economy" brand so obviously even cheaper than that. As the company's response below confirms, they are in fact unwilling to disclose parts costs separate from labor costs. Take what you may from that....I believe that to be a red flag.

Yes - there was a discussion beforehand, but it went like this, "How much is the part?" "It's 675" ... "So what's the total cost?" "It's that plus the 85 for my visit"... in that moment, I wasn't about to go researching part prices. It was only after the fact that I realized what he meant was, the part is ~$100, and the labor on it is 575 plus 85 for diagnostic (about 2 hrs total plus travel) ... but again, as he himself stated...they don't disclose what they pay for parts and aren't going to here either....we can see why.

The fact is, when it's summer in TX, and people are suffering with no AC, we are at the mercy of whichever company we call to the job. They can pretty much tell you whatever they want, and we'll pay it. Fernando assures his customer that he will not over diagnose a problem. I believe that - but in his communication of that point you'd expect/assume that he wouldn't over charge for what the problem actually is but that's not the case. In this case - 660 was the labor cost, and 100 or less was the parts cost. Job took about 2 hours between the diagnostic and the fix, plus travel.

I cannot thank Fernando enough for his kind heart and willingness to help others. After a few days away, my mom returned home to find her A/C no longer cooling the house. My father recently passed away, so she's been on her own. She remembered my dad hiring Fernando in the past and called him up to see if he could assist and hopefully stop by in the morning. Even though it was late, Fernando came right over that night. He quickly replaced a capacitor and got her system back to cooling. As we don't live close by, I am so grateful he was able to come out so quickly to help take care of my mom. I appreciate how willing he is to help take care of a neighbor in need. Highly recommend him for your HVAC needs!

Fernando is amazing! He installed a mini split unit for me in 2024, it has solved so many issues with that area of the house. He gives great service, it’s so easy to contact someone with his business. They send you a reminder of the service and just take such good care of their customers. In a world where many service companies nickel & dime you to the max, you will not experience that here!

Fernando of Agility Air helped me tonight by quickly coming to my aid and replacing a broken capacitor in my AC unit. He is so polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will forever be grateful for his quick response and his kindness. Fernando is a really great guy!

​I cannot thank Agility AC enough. With my house temperature climbing to 84F and my AC barely running, I was calling around and getting nowhere—most companies either wouldn't take the emergency call or wanted me to wait two or more days. Despite how busy AC companies must be this time of year, Agility AC made an exception and got someone out to me the very same day. Fernando showed up quickly and efficiently recharged the outside unit. The service was prompt, professional, and the price was extremely fair. If you have heating or AC issues, save yourself the hassle and call Agility AC first—I highly recommend them!

Fernando and his team/family have been absolutely amazing to work with! Due to communication issues between myself, insurance, and a different AC company — I had been without AC in the house for the last 27 days (it’s July in Texas). I reached out to Agility thru the text feature on their website at 10:40a and they were able to get me a bid (insurance accepted) and the work completed by 7:35p the same evening. I could not be more thankful for their entire team (Gabby, Fernando, and their men) going out of their way to get here quickly, and replace the entire outside system.
