I called him on a Friday and he came.oit on Saturday early! My A/C went out and I was in a bit of a panic that I would have to go through the weekend. Profesional, fast, and solved the problem immediately! He is my new A/C man now! I live in the country so that is saying a lot to be able.to get such great service out here! 10/10 recomend!

This man and his team have excellent customer service and knowledge. They came in and installed a brand new central system and I couldn't be happier. He even went above and beyond and returned later when I had a minor problem. Great guys and great work.

Contacted Yanez Heating and Air to check our AC unit in preparation for the Summer heat. The owner himself came out to our home on the exact day and time we had agreed upon. He did a thorough check up and made some adjustments to our unit so the air flowed evenly throughout the house. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this locally owned business.

Mr Yanez came out Saturday did not charge me extra he had it fixed within an hour and his prices were so reasonable. One of the best experiences I could have had. Absolutely outstanding work! Our master bedroom was not getting as cool as the rest of the house. Fernando and his team came out and ran duct and installed a second vent! They were quick and efficient and left the area SPOTLESS! His prices and work can’t be beat!!!

I called Fernando at 7pm on a Friday when everyone else was unavailable. He managed to arrive shortly after to diagnose and patch the issue and then returned the following Saturday with the needed part to fix the issue. Fernando is a seasoned professional and I highly recommend. Side note: I’ve lived in my home 6 years and this is the best my a/c has ever worked.
