On The Way Plumbing is awesome! If there's any reason u will not give this company 5 stars ✨️ please call their office they'll take care of the issues. Their customer service is amazing! The plumbers are very experienced and professional. In November of 2024 I had an issue with my sewage system as you can c in the pictures. I called this company, and the next day they came to give me a free estimate and helped me with financing. Then they started the job the nxt day, I now have a brand new sewage system. Pls call this company if u have any problems. You won't regret it!

Devon came out today due to me having a stopped up sink in my kitchen. He was able to perform work same day and also get my kitchen drain flowing, on the way plumbing is the best.

After an issue with our toilets all backing up at once and one leaking, we began the search for a plumber. Thought we'd use one we'd previously used, but they don't come to our new home. My daughter knew of this company so we called them. Bailey came out to assess the situation. By the time he got her which was within a couple of hours, we had fixed the backup, but wanted someone to take a look at the leak and make sure nothing else was going on. The leak itself turned into a major ordeal where they had to dig under the house to get to it. This is an older home that has been renovated a couple of times, so we weren't totally surprised. Bailey showed us pictures of the issues, gave us an estimate that he assured us he would not change even if they had to dig deeper. The work was completed within 2 days and everything put back together. We were so impressed with him and the crew! Very respectful, friendly and honest. We knew we were going to need help with our Hot Water heater, so called them again. Again Bailey came out and went above and beyond. It's so refreshing to have a company treat you with respect these days. We will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Devon is a great honest plumber. I will forever use Devon with on the way plumbing. No leak to big for this guy!!! Keep up the great work team!

Had a water leak and called around, they were the quickest to send a guy out. Devon did a great job in getting it fixed! Would recommend them to everyone I know.

Definitely will call on BAILEY and ON THE WAY PLUMBING if ever needed again 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

I called On the Way and someone called me back in a very timely manner. Luckily, they were able to come out the same day to do an inspection. They were super professional. Once the problem was found, they set an appointment to have the problem fixed. Julian came out at the agreed upon date. Luckily, I didn’t have to be there because I work out of town. Julian texted me every step of the way. I greatly appreciate that type of service. Especially since it only takes seconds to text someone and let them know what’s going on. Lately, I have been dealing with a lot of contractors and most rarely text or call to give updates. Julian let me know what was wrong, told me how to avoid that problem in the future, fixed the problem, texted me everything, emailed me the entire bill and that was it. Service like that is hard to find. I recommend this service 1000%. Thank you guys.

Had a leak Bailey was here in less than an hour. Took the opportunity to get a new sink since they were here and Bailey installed it the same day. Very happy! Will use them again.

Wanted to start off by saying thanks to Erin for being so nice to me over the phone.

I had an after hours emergency during a Texas freeze (IYKYK) and I just happened to find On the Way. They sent Julian out. He was amazing!! It was freezing cold outside and he was out there in it til he found the source of the problem. He was so personable and so sweet! We are now customers for life!

I had water leak under the sidewalk and Bailey came and fixed it. He did such a phenomenal job and I am very pleased . He is such knowledgeable and informed me everything. Thank you Bailey. This is a reliable company and I will refer it to all my friends. Thanks Erin for being so wonderful to schedule the appointment.the price is affordable for a senior like me

Erin, Julian and all of the people I dealt with were amazing! I was in a really bad place having just lost all income suddenly when I got an irreparable leak outside. They replaced all of my antiquated plumbing, installed a new water heater, found a gas leak, AND secured a long term loan for me. The poor guys were even working out there in the rain and cold in December.
They did great work and were fast! I'd definitely choose them again!

Devon and team did a really great job on helping me find and fix my bad sewer leak. I would definitely use them again great prices and great work .

Devon was seriously awesome. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through it. Quality work and great customer service — hard to find these days. Highly recommend Devon for any plumbing work.

Devon came out today due to me having a gas leak. He was able to diagnose a gas leak very quickly and discovered that it was my gas cooktop in the kitchen. He was able to fix it in a flash and get me back up and going. Highly recommend on the way Plumbing their technicians are top-notch thanks guys!!
