Reviews of local pros in Lone Oak, Texas

Devon did an amazing job replacing 2 water heaters and even took care of hauling off the old ones. Very polite and professional! Great job

Bailey was great! He was very professional and honest. He helped us with a major plumbling issue during 2 of the most busiest holidays of the year. He had great communication during the process. Would definitely call him if we needed him again!

Devon the Hero!
Hands down the most exceptional plumber I’ve ever worked with! We had a gas leak and he demonstrated elite level expertise & immediately pinpointed exactly where the problem is without hesitation. He took swift, decisive action and addressed the situation efficiently and safely. His workmanship was impeccably clean and highly professional. He has a thorough knowledge of code requirements and city regulations and only replaced what was absolutely necessary for our city inspection. Never upselling or cutting corners while very transparent and trustworthy. If you want the gold standard of plumbing professionals, ask for Devon.
He is your guy to call!

My first interaction with On The Way Plumbing was my early morning phone call to schedule service. The lady who answered the phone was kind and immediately added me to the day's schedule. The technician, Bailey, was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. My insurance company requested a completed form about the service, and On The Way Plumbing filled it out and got it back to me in about an hour. My issue was addressed in a timely manner and everyone was very professional. I believe I was charged a fair price. Bailey's customer service and professional knowledge/skill were outstanding. I would recommend On The Way Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs.

They did a full repipe under my house and they were amazing! They were friendly, professional, and prompt to respond and answer all of my questions!
I called a couple other plumbers before them and was quoted much higher, On The Way Plumbing has literally the best prices around that I've found. They do wonderful quality work and are honest and took the time to explain things so I could understand.
I would recommend On The Way plumbing to all my family and friends, and my husband and I will be using them for all our plumbing needs from now on. Thank you so much!

Two house calls in 2 days and they showed up, and showed that they know what they are doing, and got it done right!👏👏👏In today's world, this is a comforting trait!

2020 update. I have used this company again twice and I’m pleased. They might leave a little mess but they did not soil the carpet, and their work held up well. Fast service and candid pricing. No unexpected charges.

I have used Anchor Plumbing twice & they have done exceptional work with pleasant & professional workers. I would highly recommend them.

Usually have to call Anchor once a winter to repair a busted water line on my old house. They do great work, are timely and prices are fair. Highly recommend.
