Electrical reviews in Lubbock, Texas

I called to ask a question and the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. and was talking to me like I was stupid. And kept telling me I'm not an electrician. I know I'm not I didn't say anything to imply that I was.

I called them at 2 pm today because we had a simple fix. He came an hour later with great customer service. He then waited outside at his truck mid job for almost 40 minutes until it was past 4. He first said it would be 126 for the fix since it was just a simple problem. But after he came back in he said 525 with a very hostile attitude. We tried asking him how come it was raised and he said “I don’t want to argue give me my money”. He then informed us it was due to it being after hours. Which he was here way beforehand. He claimed he was open 24/7 but said since it was Sunday we had to pay extra. 100 would be fine for the simple problem. But he added 400 dollars after sitting in his truck.

Terrible Experience. Was told they would be here at 9:00am. It is now 4:00 and the operator told me too bad. This is after I tried calling him and his company. When told I need this for a pressing issue I was told too bad and to go find someone else. They obviously don't share the family values they claim to represent.

The website and app are fantastic with all the basic info like what are the various services offered , also locations where they are available clearly. I didn’t expect such a well designed and functional website and app. It is easy to use, optimized for mobile and computer, readily accessible contact and location.

Work was done on schedule. The electrician in Lubbock was friendly. This company will be hired by us near Hodges Park again.

Todd's performance was absolutely outstanding! His wealth of knowledge and dedication to staying abreast of the latest enforced codes truly impressed me. I've undeniably discovered my permanent choice for a house electrician.
