The only electricians we would ever use! They installed our backup generator many years ago. Completely rewired our well house after an electrical disaster caused by power company. They take pride in their work and it shows. Just recently wired our barn for electricity. Everything is perfect and they clean up after they are done like they were never here. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Commercial Electric has been totally positive! There was never any sales pressure, they just answered our many questions. From our initial visit with Michelle, to a FaceTime visit with Brannen, to several visits by phone, to the installation of the standby generator, each encounter was pleasant and productive. It’s been almost two months and we have had 2 outages from the purchased power. The generator has performed magnificently! We feel more secure now than ever before, thanks to Commercial Electric and the Generac standby generator!

I had 2 different company come out to give me a quote, commercial Electric was by far more professional, and very knowledgeable, it was nice to hear they have been in Lubbock for over 40 years. Family owned. So I know they will be here if I have any problem's, also to service my generator for years to come.

Reached out to Commercial Electric for our Generac install. We already had the generator, so only required the actual installation. In full disclosure, we had quotes from other installers, which were even a bit less expensive. However, we immediately noticed major differences. Commercial Electric's experience, knowledge and concerns for our power needs certainly shadowed the rest and checked all the boxes. Commercial Electric consistently called prior to arrival and continuously followed up during the installation process. All was ready... but we were at a pause waiting for our propane installation, which appeared to be taking longer than normal apparently. Their staff actually reached out and assisted expediting the propane install. They certainly hit it out of the park.

Everyone I have dealt with, from the estimate process to the installation, to the office staff answering my questions, has been very professional. They have maintained contact with me to make sure I am satisfied. They are an excellent company to do business with.

I needed a part ordered for my Generac home generator. My experience from beginning to end was great. In particular, Heather was a big help and I couldn't have asked for more friendly and personalized service. The whole team at Commercial Electric is outstanding!

Let me start by saying I do not like leaving negative reviews, this is actually my 1st one. I took and older generac diesel generator to be repaired. The 1st time then did not replace any parts but "adjusted" it, it did not fix it and cost me $1500. Took it back and left it with them leaving instructions that I was leaving town in a week and would be needing a working generator. At the last minute I call to check the status , and they finally call me back and state it needs a part. Since its last minute I have to pay for overnight shipping, but to their credit they did stay late to try to repair the generator. When I pick it up its raining buckets, but it seems to be working, but cannot test it as well as I would like, but I was leaving the next day and had to have it. They did not charge me at the time stating they wanted to make sure it was working correctly, which I thought was very considerate. Low and behold it was doing the same exact thing, and ruins $2200 worth of equipment I had hooked to the generator. Only problem is I was in another state to work and had to have the generator. I had to purchase another generator while I was there and purchase a trailer to bring this one home not working. When I got home they called me to see how the generator worked, and I let them know it did not and I had to purchase a new generator. I was out of state working 14 hour days 7 days a week and could not deal with it while there. I understand they did their best and things just go wrong. My problem is they then billed me for another $1800 for a repair that did not work. It is having the exact same problem it had from the beginning. So now I have paid them over 3k for nothing. I understand paying for the part and shipping, but I surely covered that with the initial $1500 that did not fix the generator. This is not acceptable customer service in a repair industry, they should stand behind their work or at least made some attempt to make the situation right. I paid the final bill today and will move on.
