The owner is a nice guy. However, my experience with them was not the best. I had him put in two outlets for me. One of them he didn’t check if there was a stud there prior to cutting the wall. After he cut it he realized he couldn’t place one there. He patched the wall. I was having the house painted anyway so I was like ok that’s fine. The next time he came out he put in a microwave above a range. He split the wood in brand new cabinets because he did not pre drill the holes. Lastly, I had him put in a timer switch for me so my back lights are automatic. The lights do not work at all since he swapped out the switch.

I had a GFI plug that tripped a switch in my electrical panel. I'm a 70 yr old recent widow and my 86 yr old mother lives with me. Now I tried to fix it myself. I watched a YouTube video and started with the simple fix of pushing the switch that was for those. It didn't work. So they came went to the electrical panel and pushed it harder than I had. I heard it click. He looked at me and said "you didn't push it hard enough ". They tested 2 GFI plugs then they were on their way. 7 minutes. 7 minutes. They charged me $165.00. I will never call them again.

Chris did a phenomenal job helping us out this Father’s Day by safely removing a tree branch that fell on our power line and even went above and beyond by fixing a portion of our home where the anchor for the power line needed to be set. He also patiently waited for LP&L after hours to come out and turn off the electricity so that he could finish the job. I highly recommend Chris and Kingdom Electric when it comes to your electrical needs.

I was having a weird problem with a break that would randomly be tripped. I had the guys come out to help figure out what was causing the issue. I did tell them that my days start early and if they wanted to, they could come by as early as they wanted. Sure, enough I get a text a 5am asking if they could come by. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I also had them replace some outlets while they were onsite.

I had a light fixture come loose from my ceiling and needed a quick response to get it fixed. Action Electric was able to offer same day service, and the technician was quick, knowledgable and explained what happened to me. I’m very grateful for a quick and quality experience!

The team at action electric saved us on a Saturday when we lost power. They were out within an hour of calling and got us all fixed up in no time. They installed new can lights and fixed some outlets that had fried. Highly recommend Action Electric to everyone!

They were prompt and fairly attentive to the downed entrance line (pulled down by someone of something tall going through the alley, pulling down the main service line to the building breaking the meter down lead from the pole in the yard and breaking the meter base) . They raised the service entrance higher and attached it correctly to pole and also replaced a new meter base and hub to the pole. Good job results!! Will definitely recall if needed for future needs!!!! Thanks!!

I can't say enough about how impressed I have been with everyone at Action Electric. From Elena answering my initial call and setting up the appointment with Ryan. Ryan coming out and taking great notes on the laundry list of things to do. To Brady, Billy and Drew completing the list. This company is very good at what they do. Courteous, professional and they did a great job of not only, not making a huge mess, but cleaning up what little they did make. As someone who hadn't had to look for a new electrician in a very long time, they made that transition very easy.

Ryan and his team have been my go to electricians for our businesses and home projects. They did all our commercial wiring and added a generator switch to our home where we can run our home on a generator during a blackout. 100% would recommend for price, quality and service.
