I would not recommend Erlys Janitorial. Unfortunately, our experience with this company was very disappointing. There was a consistent lack of communication, which made it difficult to address issues when they arose. Several times they will not show up to do the work and then they'll ignore your calls and emails. The work ethic was subpar, and the quality of the cleaning was consistently poor. We ended up losing a contract because of their repeated errors every month. Overall, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for janitorial services.

Carpet Tech worked with me on scheduling a time and they were here sooner than I thought. My carpet looks great and smells so good. The guys were kind and very professional. Didn’t take long at all. I highly recommended them Thank You Carpet Tech

They are always professional and respectable. They were efficient with their time. We had our air ducts and dryer duct cleaned. The only concern with their service was they left a window open and scratched a freshly painted cabinet drawer.

Regardless, I would use them again. I have used them for three different services in two weeks time and they did a great job.

Had a slab leak late one evening. Carpet tech showed up and cleaned up all the water and mess. They left about 20 fans and a couple of dehumidifier’s going for days to be sure we were dried out completely, even under the walls and cabinets. They are prompt and do quality work plus they even notified and sent everything the insurance company needed to process our claim.
I will most definitely use them again if needed.

Jackson and his coworker technician were very polite, professional and efficient. I appreciate their work on both cleaning my carpet and my upholstery. Carpet Tech is the only cleaning service I will use!

Technicians were professional and polite, and very quick when they got here. Appointment window was 4-6 pm, they arrive around 5:45 and were finished by 6:05.

My Roomba had a run in with my dog’s poop! Needless to say, my carpet was a mess. Carpet Tech came out quickly and took care of everything.

Braden and Caleb were professional and friendly. Got the work done in a timely manner. Braden even noticed a problem with a water leak in the utility room that we hadn't noticed before (house is vacant and for sale.) Thank you, Carpet Tech!

The technicians who came to my home were friendly and very professional. Both technicians took great care to ensure customer satisfaction and I was more than happy with the outcome of the terrific job they did.
I would recommend Carpet Tech services with no hesitation.

Just had Carpet Tech out to clean my carpet and chairs, and as usual they did a terrific job. Jerid was very polite and efficient. Been using them for years and will continue in the coming years.

Jeremy did out ducts, he and my his helper both were very professional. The ducts look great and they took care to covers furniture and cleaned up after the duct were cleaned.
Later that day Cade and his helper arrived to clean the traffic area of the carpet. They were very Carpet in moving furniture. Spot cleaned the bad spots, then cleaned all the rooms. The carpet looks great.
I highly recommend Carpet Tech, and will use them again.

The guys were professional, nice clean cut West Texas boys! As all Carpet Tech men are. Did an amazing job deep cleaned all the dirt they could find- went above and beyond. Literately on their hands and knees! And, that’s rare today!!

Dakota & Ryan were amazing! My carpets have never looked better! I wish I would have had them out years ago! Customer service was a 20 on a scale of 1-10. They made sure to keep my walls and baseboards protected and left everything cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend!!!

Both Connor and Tim were very friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, and made conversation with me when they could. And of course I'm very pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning!
