Cannot say enough good things about Blake & his team. After our house flooded, Blake was there for every step of the restoration process. He & his team were professional, timely, polite, & trustworthy. They did a great job & we will most definitely be using them for all of our future cleaning jobs. Highly recommend!

Hands Down Carpet Tech is truly the Best Carpet Cleaning company in the West Texas. I had a huge pink stain in my daughter's room and hired another carpet cleaning company, they could not get the stain out and was very upset with the work done zero communication on their end . I knew i should have hired carpet tech but went a different route truly my mistake. My technician Dayton was very honest with me and made sure i knew that getting the stain out might not be possible. He called me in a matter of 5 min and said they got it out. I'm so happy with my overall experience and will always recommend Carpet and never make the mistake and hire someone else again.

Carpet Tech has always been my go to for carpet cleaning. Three dogs and a boy you know I use them A LOT. Today I called and asked if they did same day cleanings. I usually plan and have one scheduled, but today I needed it done today. They sure did show up at the end of the day, not annoyed that they had one more job and just like every other time not only cleaned and removed all the stains, they did so in such a professional & kind manner. 100% would use them no matter what! The picture does not do them justice. If only I had a before picture, but to embarrassed to take that😳

Excellent!! My husband and I could not be happier! Everyone we talked to was so kind and personable! We are working on a farm house that has not been lived in for 31/2 years. Justin, whom came out to look at the floors that had carpet and glued on carpet padding on it found unfinished hardwood floors. Carpet Tech completely removed the padding, glue, and did the hardwood floors! I’m sharing the finished photos! Unbelievable!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company’s customer service and reliability is AWEFUL. WORST I’ve experienced, EVER. Ever since they’ve been bought out by Rentokil, who has literally zero presence in Lubbock, their reliability has been TERRIBLE. 2 whole home inspections scheduled and no-showed (after taking off work and arranging my whole day for them), and the difficulty when it comes to scheduling inside service is ridiculous. The out of state company takes my phone call, “sends a message” to the people in Lubbock to “request service” and/or “get back to me”, all the while NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME and NO ONE SHOWS UP. I literally have a bug problem that I’m PAYING THEM TO FIX, but they WON’T SHOW UP TO FIX IT. And worse, I have no recourse and no one to actually speak to here in Lubbock to address the problem. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.
