We were skeptical about keeping Bug Out as our pest control people because initially one person came and didn’t do a good job, seemed very rushed and didn’t complete service. We called and the supervisor apologized and sent someone else out next day. They sent Juan and he did an amazing job. He was very thorough and very nice. Changed our minds and we decided to keep them. Thanks Juan!

Juan Briceno was my technician, He did a great job on the whole house and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Juan did and excellent job with servicing our property. Not only did he communicate when he was on his way, he also communicated through the entire process if there any issues. JASON JENKINS is a God-send! I either don’t receive an email letting me know when y’all are coming to do my service, or like yesterday, I get an email, but it’s all wrong! It’s very frustrating! But I am giving 5 stars, because no matter what the mix-up is from the main office, Jason goes out his way and makes it work every time! Bug out, you have a jewel in Jason Jenkins! He deserves MAJOR KUDOS!!! If it weren’t for Jason, I would have stopped using your services a long time ago. Thanks, Jason!!

Great experience! Juan called the day before to confirm the time, was prompt on the day of the appointment, listened to my concerns, and addressed everything we needed. Very happy with the service.

JC was extremely helpful and courteous. He always makes sure we are taken care of. Bug out made sure our issues are resolved in a timely manner. We enjoy their service and will be continuing to use them in the future. I would recommend them for any extermination needs.

We always have a fabulous experience with Bug out! They go above and beyond asking questions about problems and explaining the treatment that they are using and what to expect. They also guarantee their work. If pests come back then they will come back and retreat for free! Juan and Josh are wonderful to work with and always do a great job!

Jaun was the tech that serviced our home,he was professional,punctual and courteous. He gave an explanation of how the product works and what to expect after treatment. We definitely recommend and had an excellent experience.

Juan was Very pleasant and efficient. It rained right after he left. I notified him and he kindly rescheduled to come respray outside premises. I appreciate him. Service is a quarterly service/yearly payment. I also pay yearly for termite service. I think I should get a discounted price since I use you for both services. Thank you, Kelly Delbosque

Zach is an excellent technician — thorough, professional, and always friendly. He’s serviced our home multiple times and consistently goes above and beyond. Not only is he conscientious and respectful, but he also keeps us well informed about what’s going on with our home. He even helped us safely remove a snake that had been living outside!

Juan Briceño always does such a great job. He is very thorough and makes sure to treat every area for pest. He is so friendly and such a great Representative for Bug Out Pest Control. He has treated our house about 3 times on our quarterly treatment plan and he is very professional and dependable. I am very pleased with his work and the fact that I haven’t seen any bugs at all.

A friend of mine recommended Jordan’s to clean the carpet in my house. I was not aware that they also did upholstery until they arrived, so I also had them do my couch and loveseat. The carpet in every room and my couches look absolutely amazing! I wanted to take a before and after picture, but I didn’t want to bother them or get in their way. When I called for a quote, I was a little hesitant because the price was so much lower compared to a company I have used before in Lubbock. I thought for sure they were going to do a bad job - I was wrong! I get my carpets cleaned once a year, and I haven't been impressed with the last two cleanings I had done, which is why I was looking for someone new. Matt and Barry were very professional and provided exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Jordan’s and will be using them again!
