We are devastated by the negligence of Prime Pools. Due to their complete disregard for safety, our family’s gate was left wide open after their visit, and our beloved 9-year old Labrador retriever got out. This could have been easily avoided with just a little attention to detail.

The irresponsibility displayed by Prime Pools is beyond frustrating, and it has caused our family immense pain. If you care about your home and pets, I would strongly recommend finding a different pool service. Prime Pools’ lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable. I would give them 0/5 stars if I could.

Blue Prime takes excellent care of our pool, and Ryan is very responsive to any questions or unusual circumstances and has definitely bailed us out a time or two. Highly recommend.

We have used BluePrime Pools for our pool service for 3 summers since having our pool installed in 2022. Their weekly service is second to none and keeps our pool in pristine condition throughout the swimming season. On those rare occasions when I need my equipment serviced I can give them a call and my problem is solved quickly and professionally by their knowledgeable technicians. I would wholeheartedly recommend BluePrime Pools to anyone in need of swimming pool services.

BluePrime Pools has been taking care of our pool for twelve years. They are consistent, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. They have always been willing and available to help whenever we have any mechanical issues with the pool. They have also installed two liners, repaired cracks, and added a cover over the years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Valentine's building services have the absolute best staff on hand, e verything I asked for from them I received. None of my employees have a problem they always do a great job. The prices they offer are outrageously cheap for the fantastic service I've had. I will always reccomend them for any other businesses that I come into contact with. Keep up the great work!!

My experience with the quality of service provided by Valentine's employees is lacking a great deal in what is deemed "quality service".. They provide weekly service to us requiring floor care, restroom care, trash responsibilities. On a regular basis, carpets are not vacuumed. Tile flooring is left unswept and unmopped. Urinals and toilets left uncleaned. Chemicals are often times poured in the bowl but surfaces not wiped down and/or cleaned with a brush. Outside of toilets/sinks/urinals (that is the outside surfaces of the toilets and toilet lids, the tank lid, sink faucets are not wiped down. Nor is the flooring surrounding these surfaces. Trash receptacles are often missed. When trash is emptied oftentimes the trash can liners are "reused". The "old soiled" liner is left in place. It is my experience, the quality of service is continually lacking.

We have been using Valentine’s since we opened Salon 505 in July of 2016. Incredibly friendly and hard working staff. They have done everything for us from moving deep cleans, weekly janitorial service, to most recently full space disinfection. Amy and the entire crew are amazing and we are so lucky that we found a company we can trust in our space!
