Zeroez never lets us down! Their formula doesn’t leave carpets smelling like wet rags—even during humid weather! Our carpets and rugs look GREAT! They were professional, on time, and are reasonably priced. Will continue to book them for our rug and carpet maintenance!

Seth was beyond friendly and professional. My couch, rug and carpet have never looked or smelled so clean and fresh! We have an 8 year old little furbaby who does not take to people and even he loved Seth! Great work! Highly recommend!!

Landen and Nate were very professional, explained everything very well and were very thorough to look for problem areas from our multiple cats. I have never left a review ever...but thought this company definitely deserves one. Seth was the guy that did our much over due carpets today. He really took his time and explained everything to us. There was no high pressured sales tactics, just the facts so we could choose what would be the best for our family. And he cleans and sanitized his equipment between houses and social distances during this quarantine. So.....this is a great time to have your carpets cleaned! Will definitely be using Zerorez again!

It was a pleasure to work with Josh, who is super professional and knows carpet cleaning, what works and what doesn’t. He literally got every pet stain out of our home and left it smelling fresh. Cleaning lasts months with occasional spot treatments using zerorez product. Highly recommended!

Joshua was congenial and explained each step thoroughly. When I added a chair to the four already done he showed flexibility to work it in. He arrived close to the agreed time and completed the work in 2 hours. The results are amazing. We’ve used this vendor before and also like how fast the carpets dry. I can put the house together again quickly. We will definitely be Zerorez customers again.

I called Zerorez and was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment for the following day. The service I received was excellent and very professional. They cleaned a chaise lounge, a large area rug, and two carpeted rooms. All of these areas look SO much better! I have already recommended them to two family members because it was a great experience :)

Wow! After many other carpet cleaners, Zerorex & Phillip are excellent. My carpet is very old & damaged, but Phillip did fantastic job of bringing it back. I certainly will be using them again. Best at cleaning, customer service and real RESULTS! Dried very quickly and nice and clean without harsh chemicals! Usually I have allergies difficulties with the other brands but not with Zeroex.

Zerorex provided the best service! My appointment frame was between 8-10 am, the technician was right on time at 8am with a smile on his face. Considering I have children who suffer from allergies, keeping clean carpet is esssential. All of my rooms were shampooed and they were left clean, looking and smelling amazing! In my opinion Zerorex is the next best thing when it comes to carpet cleaning. The technicians are friendly, they leave you satisfied with the services the provide, and the price is just right! Absolutely Amazing!

Jeremy was so helpful in getting our house cleaned from top to bottom! ✨ We had all of our floors cleaned, including carpet, vinyl and tile, as well as had the grout sealed in the bathrooms and showers. His customer service is exceptional and I can’t wait to have Zerorez back out to clean our couch!
