Excellent Service. Windows were cleaned and it rained later that day. They came back out a couple days later without even being asked and cleaned windows again. Awesome people to work with. Highly recommend.

They do a great job on getting my exterior windows sparkling clean. They are very efficient...fast, neat, respectful of property.

Been dealing with Windows by Chad for it seems forever, mid 80's if memory serve me correct, and always a great experience. First on an estate my husband and I were handling - diamond panes - which were difficult - but he stuck with us. Has been doing my house monthly and never missed a beat since. Windows done on schedule, weather permitting, crew respectful of property and always quickly in and out. Always close entrances to fenced areas. Cannot recommend their service any higher. 50 years and still pleased!

Windows By Chad is great! They've cleaned our windows at Grand Central Station Antiques Mall and at our home for several years, and are always careful and thorough.

Wonderful company! They clean our windows regularly and they go the extra yards if you ask them….such as cleaning indoor chandeliers and changing light bulbs! Highly recommended!

The price was fair for the work I needed done.
They cleaned all the windows in my rent house and the windows had hard water deposits (looked like milk) that I couldn't get off by myself.
They showed up with a large crew, got the job done much faster than I expected, and left the place spotless.

We’ve been using Chad’s Window Cleaning for a few years now. We’ve been put on a quarterly schedule and I love that I don’t have to call and schedule every time. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. I really enjoy that when we are home the staff greets us, however, they get in and out very quickly so as to not disturb us. Love the service and you will too.

Chad and his team did a truly amazing job cleaning the windows on our home. They’ve honestly never looked so good. The team was very professional and extremely careful and diligent cleaning the outside glass and especially inside our home near our home goods. Will definitely use them again!

I am a home builder in Lubbock and have used Elite Steam and Restoration numerous times to seal grout for my customers prior to move in. Ryan is always great about working around our schedule to get this completed prior to move in and they do a great job. I've also had them clean carpets and tile/grout in my personal home and have been very pleased with the results and great responsiveness.
